There is going to be times in life where you don’t want to do something. You’re going to be too tired, hot, cold, feel like resting, or even tell yourself I’ll do it later.

Then you keep thinking about that thing that you should just do, well that’s me today. I’ve been tired and didn’t want to work out and debated it, and in the end I just worked out.

I kept thinking about it, so I said screw it I’m doing it and you know what I feel better and more at ease.

Moral of the story just get whatever you keep putting off done out of the way so you don’t drive yourself crazy thinking about it.

It’s not always about go go go, its okay to slow down and give your body some TLC other wise your body is going to let you know in other ways.

So much fun joining live workouts!

I don’t know about you, but you don’t have to go to a gym just to get a workout in or feel like you have to pay for a membership in order to workout.

There is so much free content around workouts that you can literally find anything nowadays. I know when I first started working out I used free apps, and youtube a lot!! Only hard part is to just start, show up for yourself, and continue. ✨

Weights are just everywhere now! Don’t really put them away cause I just pull them back out…tripped on them a few times, but all is good.😅

Today was Quads + Shoulders and I was able to use 20lb, 25lb, and 35lb dumbells for my legs, but the heaviest I used for shoulders was 15lbs for the over head press and had use 10lb’s for the shoulder raises. Not quite that strong yet in that area.

Started week 4 yesterday and wholly crap this program isn’t easy. It’s challenging, but in such a good way! And my bicep...

I don’t always go in the days order when it comes to programs. Depends on my time and what I’m feeling up for.

But today’s workout kicked my butt!! I couldn’t do consistent weight. Tried heaver for legs and a little lighter for upper body. But I feel I’ve gotten stronger and I can’t wait to keep improving!💪🏻

You’re stronger than you think!

That’s a warp on week 1 of Build! 5 more weeks to go!

I have not been this sore in such a long time! My body is definitely feeling it, definitely pushed myself this week! Even though there were curse words, yelling and grunting I pushed on and finished strong. I did them when I was tired and not really feeling it. Stretch sesh was just what I needed after this week! I’m proud of myself for completing week 1 and seeing what I’m capable of! ✨💪🏻

This workout was f*****g haaaarrrddd!! It was definitely spicy and the burn was real!!🔥

Literally had to drop set to finish the sets and towards the end my mind was moving my arms, but my arms weren’t moving until I used a lighter weight.🥵

In conclusion kicked my 🍑 and my arms are literally shaking as I type this! Surprised I could even lift my arm for a picture.

Haven’t worked out all week cause I’ve been focusing on feeling better since I was feeling sick.

This is just what I needed to get back into things though! These lives are keeping me accountable to showing up for myself and moving my body. I haven’t been the best with working out and have sort of fell off my routine. That’s okay though!

We have our ebs and flows and we can always get back on track!

Loved seeing the energy and vibes on this live! So glad is back with dj ! Thank you! 😇💪🏻
