Just thinkn about it...🤔

This whole tiktok ban that they voluntarily took for about 12 hours when Biden already gave an extension (meaning they didn't have to shut down) sounds suspiciously like the time needed to switch servers from tiktok to somewhere else (FB maybe) to this Tech Business Analyst. I hope I'm wrong.

But you've got to admit that Drumpf DID push for the ban only to NOW reverse order. Anyone know why? 👀

I haven't been following the details of the death of the UHC CEO closely. From the evidence released it seems he was pretty organized.

Questions: WHY do shooters like this always seem to have a manifesto and "undeniable proof" that they are the ones who did it? Is it bc he was denied so much for medical procedures that he had the time you do all that worrying and proofreading? And who's keeping up with these manifestos? I still haven't caught up on Chris Dorner's and there are like 12 others since!

I grew up in Chicago and sometimes there was violence. But dang it, there was never a read-along when the hammer fell on our side of town. Did you ever get that? I guess that's more privilege I didn't have access to. 🤷🏿

Ted eventually sat his incoherent ass down. I think it's the best method of corrective action against the obvious bias that exists. Flatly, we don't have a way to be sure you won't be racist when it comes to hiring, but we do know what the number of applicants versus hiring for companies looks like. We have empirical data to that effect. That shows an implicit bias at the least for men in many roles. That doesn't mean that there's outright discrimination but a bias can be established and AA helps to prevent that.

I'd just argue that its verbiage led to its undoing however, in that the word "minority" is used instead of "Black" so because of that, the number 1 minority, women, received the most benefit. That's why it fails.

Ppl will use whatever reason to justify what they were going to do anyway, thwarting AA may make some feel like a hammer, "making" them do something, so they hire in defiance...but they were going to do they anyway, right? 🤷🏿 But now it's like "AA MADE me do this." That's the issue. It seems they don't like the fact that they're being called out for their practices, so they say dumb s**t like Ted until their sat down. The only problem is there aren't enough open forums like this. More than likely they're online and that comes with its own capabilities to silence those you don't want to hear so you sound like a genius in your echo chamber... 🙄

Also, the thought popped in my head, why has no major corporation made an effort to go over the status quo? I mean imho, it's dissimilar to the argument for women and pay. Women aren't looking to work and get equal pay are ALL the jobs like Black ppl are. I'd argue that we apply to the sale jobs at the sale or similar rates. For things like electrician and plumber, women barely apply, however. But a company like Anthony Plumbing and HVAC, for example (even tho they're considered a small business), why aren't they filled to the gills with Black ppl? I mean the argument they use against women is that "if women get less pay, why not hire all women and make a bigger profit?" With Black ppl, they don't even make that argument bc they'd be found out, I think. It would be obvious then that they practice a bias...that may not be as implicit as some may argue. lol. Lemme get off this soapbox.

I don't wanna know how y'all voted and don't care, but on the Missouri ballot, the proposals for amendments 6 and 7 are on some straight 👆🏾 bulls**t. 🙄

6 aims to add $ to the retirement funds of attorneys and court staff from court fees collected which was ALREADY RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL in '83...this would mean they are paid more for convictions... Which means they're potentially paid more for convictions... Where's the blind justice? Seems pretty much set to make justice laser focused on your pockets.

And 7 is diabolical. It's asking if you're ok with non-citizens voting...which is already illegal, but it ALSO removes ranked choice voting, which allows voters you rank candidates in order of choice, so if your first choice first get it, maybe the second will. We're encouraged to have fallback schools, why not fallback officials? I'll tell you why. Bc it would mean you're voice could actually be heard and they don't want that, so they bundled it in with something they KNOW ppl don't want in hopes that they won't even notice the RCV part.

This is why I hate election season. T Even if they have good ideas, they bundle good ones with the s**t to make sure no one gets out clean.

Be safe out there, regardless of who you vote for. I'm sure picking the "good, evil" over the "evil, evil" is hard work. Treat yourself on Wednesday...💪🏾✊🏿💚

At the end of the day, it's about peace. Some will say this is toxic or gaslighting bc they were "respectful" when he left...🙄 Cuz victimhood is an easier role than introspection. Very few actually complete that role of the "heroes journey" enough to know where the real issue was. They'll just say, "it wasn't me." 🤷🏿

The ones that win, however, know their shortcomings and do something about it or speak their needs, which I'd think most won't have an issue with bc we can see evidence of "the work." That's why those are the winners.

Ever seen any heroes that ppl didn't want to be around? Think about that next time they say, "idk why I can't find the right one..." Ijs, they could be a villain cosplaying as a real one. ✊🏿 Be safe out there.
