Dr. Lauren Hendrix and Heidi Williams came back on the podcast this week to talk about women's health issues in endurance athletes. All from personal experience and research, they talked about disordered eating issues, athlete body image, mental, among some much more, even good for men to listen as they have some of the same issues. This is good for coaches, parents, friends and athletes to all listen to. We even talked how Lauren and Heidi have so much fun racing against each other.
No episode this week. Tammy and Jeff are taking a little break this week with it being smack in the middle of racing season.
