Hector and Lois are siblings who were both diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder. Lois lives and works in London and Hector is a student living in Vienna. Despite the distance and their busy schedules they make sure to check in on each other regularly and offer support when needed. Now, every week they'll be talking about a different aspect of living with GAD and how they get by in day to day life. Is it fun?
