1.1. Player Eligibility
All players participating in this PUBG TOURNAMENT must enter with their PUBG ID.
To participate, you must meet the following requirements:
• The game account needs to be at least 1 YEAR since creation.
• You must be registered (Follow the Instructions)
• You must have an active PUBG account in good standing linked to your profile.
If you do not meet these requirements, you will be deemed ineligible. Sign-ups will be closed 03/FEB/2024 12MN.
If your team has not signed up before this time you will be unable to participate.
1.2 Team
Only registered team members are allowed to play for a team. Players and teams must compete under their officially registered PUBG team names and Nicknames during all official matches.
1.3. Roster Team
rosters must consist of at least the minimum amount of players required to participate. Teams are only allowed to play with players on their roster with a registered game account. All roster changes must be made before the start of the match. Playing with different players will result in punishment.
The roster must consist of 3/4 players from the list specified on each match.
1.4. Game version
All players must install the newest version of the game to participate in the tournament. Updates must be installed before the tournament starts, so delays will be at a minimum.
1.5. Disqualification
To be as efficient as possible, GTS TOKS reserves the right to disqualify teams. This will only be done in cases where a team purposefully stalls or attempts to block the match from starting. Usage of 3rd party programs that enhance, add, modify, or remove the game's appearance, color, or files, is strictly prohibited. Intentionally changing your character's angle to look through a texture or object is prohibited. The intentional use of any bugs, cheats, glitches, or errors in the game is strictly forbidden and will be penalized. Any team found to be using any exploit will forfeit their game upon the first occurrence of the exploit, they will be removed from the tournament.
2. In-Game Scoring
Every Match in the Tournament will award Points in accordance with the following scoring system.
2.1. Kill Points
Kill Points are awarded to teams based on the number of Kills the Team accumulates during each Match. A Team will earn one (1) Kill Point per Kill.
2.2. Ranking Points
Ranking Points are awarded to teams based on their finishing position at the end of each Match.
Teams will accumulate Ranking Points based on the following matrix:
1=10
2=6
3=5
4=4
5=3
6=2
7=1
8=1
9-25=0 Match Points (KP+Placement)
Substitute Players
It is only allowed to substitute a player before the match starts. If the match is started all 4 players of a team must play the game until the end. It is possible to switch players between the maps. A team is allowed to have a substitute player from their registered team roster.
No show
If less than 3 players are present in the lobby at the announced start time the team will be removed before starting the match.
Number of players
Teams are allowed to play one match per round with 3 players, in case of technical problems.
Disconnects
In the case that a player(s) disconnects during a match, the team is allowed to continue to play the match at a disadvantage.
Forfeit
Participants can choose to forfeit a match if they wish. Forfeiting will result in 0 points from that match and possible penalty points.
Observers
Observers are organized by GTS TOKS and people who are given permission (.g. shout casters or streamers).
Results
All results will be input by GTS TOKS and Eutrapelia. If anything is unclear, participants should have screenshots available to verify the result.
Code of Conduct
Every participant has to behave with respect towards the representatives of the tournament and other players. This applies to behavior in-game and also in chats, messengers, comments, and other media. We expect players to conduct themselves according to the following values:
• Compassion: treat others as you would be treated.
• Integrity: be honest, be committed, play fair.
• Respect: show respect to all other humans, including teammates, competitors, and event staff.
• Courage: be courageous in competition and in standing up for what is right.
Participants must not engage in harassment or hate speech in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Hate speech, offensive behavior, or verbal abuse related to s*x, gender identity and expression, s*xual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.
• Stalking or intimidation (physically or online).
• Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or inciting disruption of streams or social media.
• Posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information (“doxing”).
• Unwelcome s*xual attention. This includes unwelcome s*xualized comments, jokes, and s*xual advances.
• Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
Cheating [GTS TOKS reserves the right to disqualify]
All forms of cheating in matches are forbidden and will be penalized. By breaking any rule, a player risks being barred or completely excluded from the tournament. This also includes their team.
The use of programs (or "hacks") or other methods to circumvent, modify, or in any way is forbidden. Any use of such programs or methods will be punished.
