A big thank you to all the people who contributed to this project !
Special thanks to the artists and the graphic designer Chloé Grienenberger for the artworks and a 3D teaser.
Each track brings a different emotion and that's what techno is all about.

It’s an immersion into a dystopian world in which robots and creatures half robots half humans try and coexist. The world in which they live appears as dangerous, wild, and deserted.
Through various symbols such as tunnels, cameras, television, VASSTR02 is a metaphor for our modern world and the various issues we’re facing such as global warming, intolerance and high surveillance.

Each track of the VA has a different atmosphere, a different meaning. The whole compilation must be seen as a soundtrack, with a wide range of emotions. ⁝

For this artist focus we present 5 DJs from 5 corners of the world.

Trapped between flesh and electronics, Ottoman Grüw is a multifaceted live-performer and producer. He’s compositions are rich of abrasive textures, raw analog percussions and noises from another dimension.

VICTORIA MUSSI is one of the driving forces of the music scene in Paraguay, co-founder of the mighty nightclub ‘Tango’ in Asunción and the eclectic ‘Inbetween’ label. Inspired by the symmetry of urban & industrial aesthetics, she proposes a style spectrum where the classic components of house merge with the futuristic essence of techno in her sets and compositions.

Matrakk, one of the leaders of Obsession(Events & Label in Lyon), has especially imposed himself with a very particular style, an energetic techno with a heavy atmosphere as well as retro synthesizers that invade the space to take us in a vice of adrenaline.

After living a few years in New York, the Colombian KRISS SALAS met industrial and futuristic sounds, rhythms and hypnotic repetitive sequences; Techno sounds that were heard daily on the streets of this city and to deepen and study techniques, genres and new musical elements , led to a great artistic evolution.

With a great dose of character, energy and intense emotions, Teychee is recognized as always faster, darker and stronger . Her spectre is from melodical dark techno to hard and fast industrial techno.
She stands firmly on the beginning of the new wave of Croatian techno culture.

Born on the Bask coast, Diazepin produces as he feels the urge. In 2018, he presents himself with Terror and WD-400. Invoking a music without concession, hybridizing Techno, Trance, Hardcore or electronic music in general.
For a few years, he has been pursuing his path through releases, notably on KTK Records or Falsive Records, collaborations, desires and performances in France and Europe. It is on the road that he combines his chaotic influences to create his melancholic but violent, dark but not hopeless universe.

Imchaos is Amandine Stioui, current member of the darkwave band Minuit Machine.
Addicted to techno music since the summer of 2019, Imchaos doesn't like it soft. Her mixes are chaotic, constantly oscillating between langor and brutality.
Her main styles are industrial techno and EBM, which she manages to imbricate perfectly during her violent, but yet emotional sets.
Imchaos is also a producer, and is about to release her first EP on a Berliner label.
