Jinny is a world-traveling entrepreneur, an angel investor, and a new podcast show host. She currently lives a fully nomadic lifestyle and does not have a place she calls ‘home.’

She is the founder of WANDR, an award-winning product strategy and UX design firm, and UXAuditCo, which produces usability audit reports and user testing. Both companies have operated location-independently with remote employees from around the world. She shares her experiences of running her companies fully remotely in her new podcast called Remote CEOs.

Jinny is most well-known for her story on Linkedin about funding her employees’ salaries on her personal credit card for the first 6 months of business--a story that reached over 20 million views worldwide in just a matter of a week.

“Originally from the Seattle area, she took what she thought was the “right” path; the path she was “SUPPOSED TO” take.

She went to college, got a Bachelor’s degree, got the job in IT recruiting, and started working her way up the corporate ladder.

Until this GUT feeling got TOO strong and told her enough was enough.

It wasn’t that she wasn’t HAPPY or grateful for her life and career path, she definitely was- it was more so that she started to think that
she was supposed to be doing something DIFFERENT and really had this itch to make her career about helping serve WOMEN in a
massive way but she didn’t know HOW.

So she took a few more jobs in the corporate world, moving into IT Project Management, moving from Seattle to NYC and even getting
an opportunity to work at her DREAM company, “Google”.

She realized (really unexpectedly) that she had a passion helping women on their health and fitness goals because she knew that
helped them build CONFIDENCE and get more excited about THEIR lives. She built that business on the side of her corporate job,
until it surpassed her corporate income and she officially became her own boss in April of 2015.

Since then she’s spoken on large stages partnering with the Network Marketing company Beachbody, and helped hundreds of women build online coaching business’. But that passion EXCEEDS just the Network Marketing realm so she launched what is already a top rated Business Podcast, called “EmpowerHER podcast” helping women get out of their own way with TANGIBLE steps to take ACTION toward pursuing their dreams.

At 29 she is now living in San Diego with her boyfriend of 10 years Seena and their ridiculously cute dog Lizzie (dog moms get it),
often doing weird dance parties and trying to impact women in any way that she can to build lives they love.”

I fall guilty (?) to this much too often!

The downside to this is, if I forget to put it in my calendar I end up feeling like an idiot, because well - like I said if it isn’t in there then it isn’t happening.

But the upside is, it really helps me keep a handle on my life.

ONE SLEEP 💤 (hopefully🤞🏼).
This whole thing has been a HUGE learning curve, and having an app and being a huge part of the development process, I probably should have known the acceptance process from Apple sometimes takes time!! Which is what we are currently waiting on.. .
I will be checking all day tomorrow and you will know as soon as it is released! PROMISE ❤️ .
Thanks for hanging in with me during this learning curve! If we get delayed another day - we will roll with it. But it’s going to be worth the wait! 🥰

Does it scare you? GOOD.
Does it challenge you? GOOD.
Does it excite you? AMAZING.

Launching this podcast scares me because it’s something new, I’ve never done before. It challenges me because of all that goes into the recording, editing and developing of an episode. But most importantly it excites me! I get to share my learnings, my friends learnings and I GET TO LEARN TOO! (That’s my favourite part 🙈) Almost ready to launch!!
