Urmodi Dam : It was constructed on Urmodi River in 1997 at the foot of Sajjangad.
The dam provides water for drinking & agricultural activities.
You can get the breath-taking view of Urmodi River & Dam from Kass-road or can visit Parli.
We absolutely enjoyed our visit 😊.

Enjoyed boating on a rainy & foggy day in Varas-Gaon. And hot pakoras & snacks thereafter 😂.
Varas-Gaon is a Dam on the M***a river. The dam supplies water to Pune.
The place is full of greenery. Calm-cool atmosphere, amazing view of mountains & greenery & those peaceful soothing vibes, helps you to relax & unwind 😇..

Aare Beach -
Aare Beach is a hidden gem amongst many of amazing beaches in Ratnagiri.
The beach is clean, very beautiful & very peaceful. It is away from any kind of commercialization.
We absolutely loved witnessing stunning sunset & spending some lone time 😍😊.
If anyone gets an opportunity must try to visit various beaches of Ratnagiri.

Maparwadi Dam-
During our Satara tour, got the opportunity to visit Maparwadi Dam. It's a small Earthen Dam, surrounded by mountains & greenery, farms & fields.
Nothing fancy but nice, peaceful place. Beautiful view of dam backwater made our day 😊.

Khadakwasla Lake -
It's always a pleasure to visit Khadakwasla Dam / Lake. Khadakwasla is the
most famous & favoured destination for a day out in Pune. Amazing view, clean backwater, cool fresh breeze, stunning sunset & various minor & major eating joints makes a perfect combo for the outings. Many from Pune & Mumbai plan quick visits to khadakwasla just to take break from city life.
We had good time there 😊

Indrayani River is associated with Sant Gyaneshwar & Sant Tukaram therefore it has special place in the hearts of people in Maharashtra.

Shri Zari Vinayak Temple Ratnagiri -
Shri Zari Vinayak Mandir is a small, traditional & peaceful temple on the foothills of mountain & at the beach. Needless to say that the view is amazing😍.
The temple has a natural Spring of clean, fresh, drinkable water throughout the year. ( on the shore!!!😳)
It is being said that it's a Swayambhu Ganesh temple.
We had good time there 😊.

Krishna River is 3rd longest river in India, after Ganges & Godavari .
It passes through Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
The river rises at Mahabaleshwar-Western Ghats.
Clean blue water flowing through mountains , plateaus along with whistling cool breeze , makes your day 😍.

Bhimashankar Dimbhe Dam -
Bhimashankar is 1 of the 12 Jyotirlings of Lord Shiva in India. On the way to Bhimashankar you come across huge backwater reservoir of Dimbhe Dam.
The dam is caught between two hills. Cool breeze, crystal clear blue water, lush green mountains.. scenic view, calm-peacefull atmosphere makes your day😍😊.
The dam is strong Gravity Dam on Ghod River, which is tributary of Bhima River.
It provides irrigation (water) to about 34000 acres of land.
You can also visit Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga & Bhimashankar Wildlife sanctuary.
Dimbhe Dam is famously known as Bhimashankar Dam amongst travelers.

Shekhadi Beach is a beautiful and peaceful beach. It's partially rocky and partially sandy beach. We got the opportunity to witness a stunning sunset . And the view was mesmerizing 😍.

Raigad Fort was capital during the rule of Chhatrapati (Emperor) Shivaji Maharaj.
Shivaji Maharaj, the King who not only got immense affection from his people but also earned the respect of his opponents.
Good people are being loved & respected and bad people are being shamed & cursed even after their demise .
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj continues to get love &respect and is remembered for his innumerable qualities.
The fort is an excellent example of great architectural work.
Raigad Fort is a favourite tourist destination & famous amongst trekkers. One can trek, take stairs (roughly 1700 stairs) or can utilise ropeway facility.

Badami Beach is a scenic beach on the shore of Arabian sea. It's clean sandy beach. Very peaceful and very beautiful 😍. Many eating joints, hotels, home-stays, Resorts ,etc. are around the beach. Some Water sports are also available.
Lovely location to visit with family and friends.

That's how this scenic view point got it's unique name " NECKLACE POINT" ... The view is amazing.. These two rivers meet and create Velvandi River... We enjoyed the view as well as weather 😊

Dinosaurs Park is good place for day picnic , specially with kids. Dinosaurs are planted in wild environment, like in the middle of woods, near lakes, inside caves ,etc ., which gives very natural look & feel. We had good time there. Roxy loved it 🐕😊.

Just loved visiting divinely Peaceful Kaas Lake😊..Kaas Lake is amazingly beautiful and peaceful lake. It falls under reserved forest area, that adds to greenery & peace. Most of the time you will witness fog. The place is near famous Kaas Plateau. Place: kaas Lake, Satara, Maharashtra, India
