🌊 Episode 74: From Dump Pit to Bird Haven: The Kimcha Village Sanctuary Story 🦩

“All this time, we were actually removing all of this from the beach when we could have used it to build up the beach, because the area at that time was already damaged by sand mining and erosion from the sea. The idea actually came to us through nature that this was the way to go. So, since 2017, we’ve been using sargassum to build our coastline and protect the wetlands areas.”

Tune in to learn how Kimcha Village transformed a problem into a solution for environmental restoration. 🌱
