It’s called the 10-10-10 method. I’ve coached this for years but love that it has an official name so it makes it easy to remember and fun to do.
What is the 10 | 10 | 10 method?
✨Engage for 10 minutes on your feed
✨Engage for 10 minutes in stories
✨Engage for 10 minutes with hashtags, your keywords or who your target market is following (your niche)
Do this at least once a day. You can do it before and have your post or through the day. Whatever fits in your schedule. The activity shows IG you’re an active member of your community and then will reward your account as well.
Remember— nothing happens over night! Strategies take weeks or longer to work this is why it’s important to stay consistent even when it feels like “it’s not working”.

THREE things you want to know when starting digital marketing so you don’t get overwhelmed, discouraged, or worse, quit….

Three things I’ve learned since starting 9 months ago:
✨Followers don’t = sales. You want the RIGHT followers. You could have 10 followers who aren’t interested in your content or products or you could have a thousand followers who want to be here. I’d choose the 1000 any day!
✨This leads me to this. You don’t need a lot of followers to get a sale! I got my first 4 sales with under 100 followers. I made my first $10k with around 1300 followers, and I just passed $40k with under 5k followers nine months in. As long as you’re building relationships and providing value your audience will appreciate that and trust you. Always serve over sell and the sales will come.
✨There are so many resources out there to help you work smarter not harder. Most newbies I speak to — their biggest hurdle is content creation. They are overwhelmed by the amount of content you have to create and they don’t know what to say. Hi, Holly. I’m been in digital marketing since 2012. Digital marketing skills are highly sought after and used by every company and entrepreneur on the planet. Digital marketing is simply promoting a product or service in a digital way (socials, emails, websites, etc).
✨What you maybe confused about are digital products, courses, etc. Selling education is not new, neither is selling it online. ✨One year ago, master resell rights became a thing thanks to the viral digital marketing business course, the Roadmap. You could take the course, absorb all the info, use what you learned and apply it to your own biz, and if that was a digital product business, you could resell the course for 100% profit. BRILLIANT.
✨Do people just flip courses? Yes! They want you to learn all the things they’ve learned and who cares! People sell products and services they didn’t create themselves every day.
✨Do people take what they learned and use that to create their own products in their own niche? Yes! I’ve created over a dozen educational digital products myself and sold them with private label rights so other people in the space can also capitalize on my expertise. Why? Because I want to help people by teaching and by giving them an opportunity to make money for their family.
It’s all really that simple. Digital products aren’t going anywhere because we live in a world where people like to consume info and LOVE to learn new things. In case you needed this reminder today.
You have to believe it’s all going to work out. One year ago, my mom had a stroke and she was lying in a hospital bed on her birthday and we didn’t know if she was going to make it.
As she started to recover it was clear she wouldn’t be able to take care of herself, particularly financially, from this point on and I had to step in and take on this responsibility.
My world crashed and I’d never been under so much stress. I’m taking care of my own family and now this too. If you’ve ever been in this situation you know that medical equipment alone and fighting with insurance and such is so mentally taxing.
Looking back — I’m thankful. I’m thankful that because I was pushed into this situation it made me look for opportunities and God put a video of a mom making money from digital marketing and selling digital products in my algorithm.
My one $497 investment has turned into LIFE SAVING money. Life saving money looks different for every one but for me it was an extra $1k a month that turned into $10k months. It wasn’t easy, there were learning curves, lots of late nights in the beginning figuring it all out — but I started and I never gave up.
Digital marketing and selling educational digital products is just getting started because regular people like you and me can now own a piece of the online education pie. People turn to the internet to learn and now they can learn anything they want for pennies on the dollar of what it would cost at a university.

Once upon a time — I was one of those people who thought: If I just worked harder and put in more hours, I can make enough to live comfortably. Ha! I know, I was fooled too — until I wasn’t 👇
I did this for 20+ years and then the burn out hit me like a ton of 🧱 and wiped me out. And, guess what? We were still struggling, even with great jobs and advanced degrees. ✨Learning high level digital marketing and business skills is never a bad idea and that’s exactly what I did. I took a course that presented like a college business course and used what I learned to create 5-6 streams of income in the educational digital product space. I do have experience in digital marketing as a content creator but had to learn this whole new space of how to create, market & sell digital products.

✨You may already know that you can look in your dashboard and see best times to post BUT those times are based off when you normally post, so it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the BEST time to post to get in front of most of your followers.
✨Here’s how you’re going to track when your followers are mostly active. Head to the “LIVE” feature and press live. You’re not actually going to go LIVE, you’re just going to check the number of active followers you have at the top of the screen. Check this number throughout the day for a week and make note of when the highest active user time.
If it’s a high active user time — then you know that’s the best time to post. In my experience and the user activity across social media platforms, the most users at one time is typically in the morning hours according to LATER (a social media research company).
If you’re planning out content, def check your numbers and plan for some morning posts.

These are five things I NEVER do to get sales.
First, if you’re new here — I’m Holly! I’m a full time content creator for major brands. I own my own media brand, was a Director of Sales in Corporate, and have built multiple six figure+ businesses online. Here are the five things I never do:
✨Cold reachouts 🤢I’ve never felt comfortable doing this and so I don’t! People don’t like it and it’s spammy. If you insist on doing cold reach outs, use LinkedIn as its purpose is for business networking just craft your message in a way that it’s genuine and professional.
✨I don’t chase people. Maybe one follow up to see if they have questions but that’s it. People know where to find me. This goes against all sales training — but again, it’s not me and I have to stay true to myself.
✨I don’t make people feel obligated. There’s never any pressure from me and I don’t take things personal in business.
✨I don’t just tell facts. I story tell. Stories are what people connect to and when you tell relatable stories — that builds trust and connections.
✨I don’t sell and dash. My people know I’m there for them when they need me💜
You don’t have to be “salesy” in sales — you just have to be authentic and relatable.

Only 3-21 this year — I hit my first $10k month in digital marketing. One year to the date of my mom’s health scare.
💜This week has been really emotional for me. Last year my life was turned upside down and I had no other option than to find a better way. I had to find a way to make passive income aside from my full time job that I love.
I started looking into creating digital products and courses and came across it the Roadmap. It changed my life with the training and then having the privilege of being able to be one of the trainers in their update version.
💜The point of all this? The universe provides opportunities and it’s up to YOU to run with it. I started messy. I had to learn. I continue to grow. I network, I collaborate, I say YES to opportunities! And, most importantly, I never give up — because my family NEEDS me to make this work. I need this to work so my kids never have to be in this situation. I’m building generational wealth and I’m not stopping ever!
This month I’m up to $13k in sales 🥹🙏💜. In September, I made $65.
Today I want you to write down your WHY. Write down short term and long term goals. Write where you’ll be a year from now. Stop HOPING and using that kind of language. Start KNOWING you’ll be there and replace “hope” with “know”.

✨Eight months. Many days of ZERO sales. 250 days of showing up. Messing up. Stepping outside my comfort zone. Learning new things. Trusting the universe that this is the path I’m supposed to be on. Shutting negativity out. Eliminating distractions. Being grateful for every penny and for every new person I helped start or scale their business and I did it…..
✨I achieved my first $10k sales month. In Sept, I made $65. In January, I hit $1700 and was beside myself. February, I did just over $6.5k and now in March I’m sitting at just under $13k.
I rarely share numbers on this page but I want to show you how FAST things can change when you keep going and get through all the $65 or ZERO $ months. Of course, I can’t guarantee any income in digital marketing but I do know that if you learn digital marketing skills, put them to use, and never give up — the sky is not even the limit!
