Blue Vervain natural herb tea
If you’re like me you love your herb teas. I usually prefer it straight from the ground to my cup 😃 but I decided to try this brand I saw in the supermarket and the taste is just like the actual, actual bush!
Not sure if this is available overseas yet. @sipacupatea tell us!!

One Year Annigersary!
ONE YEAR AGO!!! Wow time sure flies. Thanks to everyone that carved time out of their very busy schedule to be a guest on my podcast. Thank you If you spoke about it to someone, shared an episode or link, partnered with me, suggested a guest or subscribed. Every little adds up; and it is truly appreciated.
Although I’m not a podcaster full time and I certainly wish I could dedicate my days to just recording content, the reality is I can’t at the moment. But hopefully in the near future I will be able to have a team join on and start doing this podcast thingie even bigger.
I do have a growth plan, it’s just not in its execution stage yet. But I always celebrate even the small wins: I am alive and we all know how that goes: Once there’s life……
Guest spots open. Sponsors welcome. Partners welcome!

😳 Believe it or not: I’m not in this for the numbers! Bob Marley said, “…numbers never end…” therefore I would never waste my precious energy chasing followers just for numbers sake.
Three quarters of followers don’t even follow with the aim of supporting you. Some are literal bystanders and observers. As a matter of fact, a large number of followers are even bots! Annoyinnngggg!
Soooo we do this for the love not for the likes! ✌️
If you’re down with that, then come on board. Suggest a guest, save a post for later, subscribe to the podcast, Share share share!
If you want to understand the meaning of the expression, “survival of the fittest”, you have to listen to episode 16 in full!

Have a “Winter Story”? I’d love to hear it!
This was me in 2017 in one of New York’s subway stations. (I don’t know that guy staring up in my face btw) It was either a January or a February but like most people from the Caribbean, me and the cold are not friends! My first trip to the US was in the summer of 1993 but as an adult I started to travel at different times of year and inevitably had to meet “Old Man Winter” 🥶 We are still NOT friends! 😆
In this particular photo the weather had “broken” just a bit for that day and I decided to go extra (extra scanty) and wear platforms with open toe! 🤣 Needless to say, the bipolar weather made a sudden change back to frigid temperatures and I had to cut short, all other plans for the day and high tail it back indoors.
