Serving as an overseer and judge can be tiring.
We respect the elder's decisions by acknowledging that what they have decided is in accordance with the Scriptures, and that God has his blessing on it.
Jehovah God gives generously to those earnestly seeking him.

The theme for this year's Regional Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses has been held and is continuing to be held in different locations around the world.

Love one another
Just as Jesus loved his disciples.
Trials seem to be difficult when we are currently facing them. But after enduring and overcoming them, we find ourselves stronger than before.
Why? Because we found ourselves totally relying on Jehovah God and he gave his spirit, that which gave us the strength and the power to face what we were facing.
As the Apostle Paul wrote, "When I am weak, then I am powerful." (2Corinthians 12:10)
So rejoice and consider it all joy when facing with trials. (James 1:2,3)
Love discipline.
It means our life.
Love.
Endurance.
Patience.
Sometimes we find it hard to let go of an offense - whether that was intentional or unintentional. If we cannot find ourselves talking it over with the person who offended us, the best thing to do is to "cover it with love" by just letting it go. Then, move on.
Jesus Christ valued close friendship.
He was and still is a friend.
Jehovah God also values friendship.
He wants us to be his friends.
He is the bestest friend anybody could have.

Jehovah God leads the earthly part of his organization by means of the "faithful and discreet slave." (Matthew 24:45) This group is composed of men, imperfect humans, who were given a measure of authority to organize God's people.
Question is, Do we trust the men whom Jehovah trusts?
The answer would be evident in our actions.

Respect Authority.
Authority is one of the words scoffed on by people who do not want to be governed by others. Yet, without the authorities, there would be disorder and chaos in the world.
God has placed the superior authorities in their temporary positions to keep order while His Kingdom is not yet in control of this world. (Romans 13:1) But that doesn't mean that they can rule over and control beyond their jurisdiction. What is for Caesar is for Caesar, and what is for God is for God.
