🎯 What is the 75 Hard Challenge? 🎯
As a quick reminder, the 75 Hard Challenge is all about building discipline, mental toughness, and resilience. I'm working on several key goals every day:
1️⃣ Stick to a strict diet
2️⃣ Exercise twice a day for at least 45 minutes each
3️⃣ Drink a gallon of water daily
4️⃣ Read 10 pages of a personal development book
5️⃣ Take a progress picture every day
Now, let's talk about Day 2! While I continued with my diet, water intake, book reading, and daily progress picture, there's something new today. I incorporated a killer biceps workout into my routine, and boy, it was intense! Join me as I share my experience and the incredible pump I got from it.
