Hi everyone!
Once again, the Chilton Journal WILL NOT BE ON THE STANDS THIS WEEK nor next week January 6th. We are planning to come back on the stands and in your mail for the Issue 1, January 15th. This will give Betty and the advertisers a planned date for their advertising and press releases. Please send your material to the same emails: [email protected] and [email protected].

We are still mildly recovering from the COVID at Chilton Journal, but my recovery will take a little longer, but my healing is progressing well. I’m walking some with the use of a walker, but my durance is still pretty minimal. So, I’ll be doing therapy for a while.
We want to thank everyone for their well wishes and blessings. They were welcomed and helped us a lot. Also, thank you all for asking for the paper to come back. That was a pleasure well accepted from us all.

Hi everyone!
Once again the Chilton Journal WILL NOT BE ON THE STANDS THIS WEEK.
We are still recovering from the COVID at Chilton Journal. Then last Thursday night I fell and was rushed off to the hospital because I was unable to get up. I still have a great amount of difficulty moving, etc. without help and a lot of pain meds, etc. Hopefully they found the right combination so that I can function.
We hope to be back on the stands with the New Year!

Update on Chilton Journal being hit by COVID.
The Chilton Journal will not be publishing the paper for this Thursday again due to the COVID. Everyone is healing and we should be back in production for the December 23rd issue.
Our not publishing the Chilton Journal for last week and this week does not impact any subscriber’s subscription. You purchased a number of issues to receive and not a number of weeks.

ATTENTION ALL CHILTON JOURNAL READERS
Since COVID started, we did extremely well for everyone working with the Chilton Journal to avoid catching the illness.
Sadly, to say I have several key people who are currently in COVID quarantine and at last report are getting better but are not well enough to work on the paper for this week’s issue. So, to alleviate any stress and emotions of everyone trying to get this week’s paper set up and distributed I need to let these people have the free time to heal and recover.
Your prayers are welcomed for these people for a speedy recovery and complete healing.
Therefore, we’ve all agreed that it would be beneficial for the healing of these people to not have to work on the paper for this week.
Again, there will not be an issue for this week of the Chilton Journal due to COVID.
We hope to be back in full swing for the issue which would normally come out on the 16th, I’ll keep you informed.
Also, anyone with a subscription will still get the same issues they are due.

The Chilton Journal is coming out on Wednesday of next week instead of Thursday, because I'm combining this week's paper with next week's. I had a little trouble getting the file downloaded / uploaded into the printer's program and by the time we got it straightened out we missed the printing deadline. So after some research and consideration today, we thought one larger paper would be fun instead of 2 papers being sent next week. One on Tuesday and the other on Thursday.
We are all sorry for any inconvenience may have caused anyone.
After seriously discussing it today we all agreed that WEDNESDAY, SEPT 1 would be the way to go.

The larger paper will still be $1.00.

Next week's issue for September 17 will contain the Business Expose for New Holstein and surrounding villages/towns and Chilton will be again the following week. Our cycle is Chilton, Stockbridge/Sherwood/Lake area, Hilbert area and then New Holstein. Then it repeats itself.

As part of the abundance precaution occuring with the Coronavirus, we are not planning to put a paper on the Newsstands 3/26/20
Please find attached the newsstand locations that are open as of this afternoon where you can find Thursday, March 19's copy of the paper. The Chilton Journal is now on the stands. A few of the newsstands are closed because of the COVID-19 and will reopen after all things are clear.
