It’s Sarah here and I’m going to get in trouble for this but I’m taking over the socials in the hope you’ll all join the kids and I in wishing Marcin a very happy birthday 🎈
He’s the reason behind Seek Explore Camp, the motivation for what we do, the camera man, ideas man, editor and all round adventurer. Without him in our world the kids and I wouldn’t enjoy getting on the road whenever we can the way we do.

And just like that we’ve travelled from one peninsula to another. This morning we said goodbye to our Eyre Peninsula travels and boarded the Spencer Gulf Searoad to make our way home via the Yorke Peninsula. Our EP adventures have been so much fun and we’ve created some amazing memories that we’ll share soon.

Last night was spent at the stunning Pildappa Rock. It’s well worth some exploring and with plenty of other rocks in the area too we’ll definitely be back to spend more time!

Sometimes even with travelling we have to divide and conquer. I have uni commitments this week so this afternoon the little man and I left Wallaroo to head back to the city lights while Marcin and Abby hit the road for Pimba to meet up with Follow Me 4WD for ‘The Heart of the Outback’ tour. I’m sure their photos and video will beat my Adelaide sunset and I can’t wait to see them! Sarah

Today is Sarah’s birthday so we gave her some family adventuring with a Barossa trip, perfectly timed with the bottling of the 2021 Barossa Wine Cartel rose. Thanks Josh for talking us through the process, having a chat and sharing some wine. We can’t wait for the official website release next week 👌

The hiding face of a little miss who didn’t want to leave camp this morning because leaving camp meant going home! We always hate the end of a trip so we’ve developed a habit of staying one last night on the way, getting home in daylight and heading out for dinner the first night home. What tricks do you use to counteract the end of trip blues?😢

As our current adventure comes to an end it was very moving waking up to the sound of a solo bugle remembering those past and present on Anzac Day.
