Are you recently engaged 💍 Have you thought about getting engagement photos but wondered if it would be worth the effort. After all you are probably going to have your wedding photos done in a couple of months and question if you really need a double up.

Speaking from experience I can say that having my engagement photos taken was a decision I’ll never regret and these are my reasons why.

1. It helped us both feel comfortable in front of the camera, this definitely eased the nerves for the wedding day.

2. It allowed us to show a different side of our personality to what you see in the wedding photos. Which let’s face it, although very beautiful your wedding photos are not entirely natural.

3. We were able to wear an outfit and be in an environment that was truely us. Engagement photos are usually themed around what brings you together as a couple and it’s really special to document this raw part of your relationship.

For Anna and Sam I think these photos were exactly that, a display of what brings them together as a couple. In the paddock wearing their country clothes with Anna’s childhood horse, just spending time doing that thing that is truely them! And I’m sure they would both agree that this shoot eased them into their wedding photos taken by Louise Brown Photography that are absolutely stunning and where they are both looking completely at ease in front of the camera.

2025 books are open Northern Tablelands and surrounds ✨ So I have been a little MIA lately enjoying maternity leave. This year I will be focusing on family portraiture, engagements and branding. I will be taking a limited number of bookings so be sure to book ahead and secure your spot!! I cannot wait to create some magic with you💕
