IN SEARCH OF:
Now that my old crusty hip has been replaced with a new fancy pants bionic one, I think it’s time to relaunch the “Just Winging It w/Tattoo Tom Podcast.” We are looking for a tech-savvy person to join forces with me to give Joe Rogan and all the others a run for their money. I am open to you being the behind-the-scenes producer, tech person, and or, if we mesh epically, you being a STRONG all-around presence and actually joining me on the podcasts as well as running the show with me. Ideally, I am looking for a “partner in crime!”
We currently have a fully functional podcast studio with lots of fancy equipment. Multiple state of the art microphones, booms, cameras, mixers, and lighting. (Located in Linden, VA.) We have our YouTube channel already setup and have some other podcast distribution tools already purchased and active. We are ready for a relaunch!
While the content of the podcast will of course delve into childhood cancer issues and concerns from time to time it will by no means be limited to such. We will cover EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. Nothing will be off limits or out of bounds RENEGADE STYLE!
The position will be volunteer based at first but as we take off and take over and start to monetize the podcast via YouTube, Facebook, and other outlets this position can and will lead to a paid gig you can be proud of! WE ARE GOING TO BE AS BIG AS WE WANNA BE!
The only thing missing is YOU!

I was thrust into the childhood cancer world in the summer of 2007 when my daughter Shayla was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I have struggled greatly over the past decade plus, through all my activism, public speaking, TEDx talks etc., to say what Caoilinn was able to sum up in one powerful sentence. I was literally BLOWN AWAY. Coming from someone who has "heard it all before" you best believe it was intense!

Caoilinn. (Gaelic spelling of Kellen) Caoilinn is a young adult with cancer whom the National Cancer Institute claims is a rarity.

According to the National Cancer Institute, childhood cancer is so uncommon it only deserves 4% of its annual budget. Tattoo Tom disagrees and thinks they should increase their research funds for the first-time in decades.

Also, Tom talks about serving children with cancer after loss and gives an update on the Two Feathers Farm sponsored by Lu & Su. The Two Feathers farm will be a place for children to enjoy who have a compromised immune system that results from chemotherapy treatment. The farm will include chickens, goats, and a outside movie theater.
