Dreams take time, but when they come true, the feeling is just something else. ☺️😍

We waited 6 YEARS to see the Northern Lights! 🌌 But at the end it was worth the wait. We got spectacular shows on 6 OUT OF THE 9 NIGHTS we were there and we couldn't have asked for more!

Six years ago, we embarked on a journey to Finland, our hearts filled with hope of witnessing the mesmerizing Northern Lights. Yet, the heavens remained shrouded in clouds, teasing us with their elusive beauty. Disappointed but undeterred, we vowed to return.

Fast forward to this year, and we found ourselves back in the land of the midnight sun, this time in Norway, our spirits renewed with a renewed sense of determination.
As fate would have it, on our very first night in Tromsø, the sky erupted with a breathtaking display of the Aurora Borealis. It was as if the universe had conspired to reward our years of longing.

Over the next few nights, we were treated to a celestial spectacle, witnessing the Northern Lights dance and sway across the heavens, painting the sky with vibrant hues of green, purple, and pink. It was a sight that left us speechless, a testament to the power of nature and the magic of the aurora.

Reflecting on our journey, we couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude and wonder.
Our years of longing and the countless hours spent gazing at the sky had finally paid off. It was a reminder that sometimes, the most beautiful things in life require patience and perseverance.

As the old saying goes, "When the time is right, the stars will align."

First-Time Skiing in Chamonix: Triumphs & Tumbles! ⛷️

We traded sightseeing for slopes and tackled our first ski lesson in Chamonix!
This post is a beginner's guide packed with info:
• Instructor costs: Expect around €46 per hour for 1-2 people.
• Gear Rental: Luckily, there are tons of rental shops nearby!
• The Basics: We learned the essentials - walking in skis and stopping safely (not always gracefully!).

Let's be honest,those ski boots are NO JOKE! But with a few wobbly legs and some hilarious stumbles, we conquered the first steps (literally!).

Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping adventure in the Dubai desert with SuprAash! We strapped on our helmets 🪖 and roared across the golden dunes on an epic ATV ride! Feeling the wind in our hair and the sand beneath our tires was pure exhilaration!

After conquering the dunes, we arrived at a traditional Bedouin camp, where the fun continued! We embarked on a memorable camel ride, experiencing the vast desert landscape from a whole new perspective. We even got to snap some cool photos 📸 with a majestic falcon!

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the desert camp came alive with vibrant entertainment. We were mesmerized by the mesmerizing belly dancing performance, the swirling Tanoura dance, and the fiery finale of the fire show! All this while, we feasted on a delicious traditional dinner under the starlit sky.
