REFORMATIONS OF THE NEW OBANLIKU PROJECT 22

Chapter 1
Introduction:
The values that undergird Obanliku's Youth development are being tested everyday. It has become increasingly clear in areas bothering security where obanliku has long relied mostly on unwritten rules and norms in the fight to curb crime and social vices and to promote and maintain peace and order in the community.

Referencing the Nigerian National Youth Policy (as amended) "The National Youth Policy represents a declaration and commitment to the priorities, directions and practical supports that a country intends to provide for the development of its young men and women. It is a concrete and bold step to put the development and participation of youth at the center of national development efforts. It is indicative of the readiness of the Government and people of Nigeria to meet the needs and aspirations of the youth as well as seek a solution to their problems. It sets guidelines and provides the framework for all stakeholders to empower the youth to realize their potentialities and take advantage of the opportunities available to make positive contributions to the well-being of their communities across the entire country.

Due to the obvious misunderstandings resulting from diverse political affiliations within youths which in recent times has escalated into full blown amagedon shows in cases of internal show of superiority within ourselves while letting the enemy go Scot free each time, an act which is condemnable by all standards as violence is not, and has never been a propellant of peaceful resolution and coexistence anywhere in the world.

✓ The New Obanliku Project is designed to protect both partisan and nonpartisan members of the Obanliku community which includes categories of the youths, Old and Aged, Vulnerable Women & Children and the list keeps going on.

✓ The New Obanliku Project is designed to protect business people whose businesses have been severally hit by illegal revenue fee sanctions from unverified agencies operating accross markets and shopping complexes accross the Obanliku community, while dealing with Fraud, theft and armed robbery among other social vices rampaging unchecked.

✓ The New Obanliku Project is designed also to legally protect youths citizens from unfair government treatment. This will long hold the allegiance of public officials from all political parties. Without them, governance may become a chaotic grab for power and self-interest.

✓One important thing that bears mentioning is the fact many nations and people can learn from our reconciliation and "longer table" engagements just how amazing Obanliku's geographical location (the hills) our heritage, the fertility level of our soil which provides us the luxury of farming with ease and the diverse weather conditions available accross Obanliku to suit just any human being in the world. Wow! We obviously deserve more advertising and this is it. Let's do it with the New Obanliku Project where we have a chance to marry all our ideologies to increase respect for expertise within the Obanliku Youth Force and Community as a whole.

✓ FREE PRESS ASSURANCE As always we'll be emphasizing on the role of the FREE PRESS as we stand firmly giving 100% support towards the undisturbed legal operational practices by the press in the Obanliku Community as enshrined in the constitution if the federal republic of Nigeria. This will eventually, strategically and drastically eradicate lawless activities as the Press will play it's role of illuminating whoever/whatever situation that concerns the Obanliku Community.

✓ Young Africans all over the world, (Obanliku LGA to be precise in this instance) it's essentially important to restore public trust as leadership at various levels have failed in several ways and as in other eras, the task of advancing reform cannot be for one or another person alone but for the LONGER TABLE AGENDA. Hence the New Obanliku Project is designed to bring about a dynamic implementation of the Rule of Law and also work smart towards strengthening Democracy. We are also building our force as a nonpartisan group of Gender friendly young, vibrant, and teeming youths doing all we can in any way we can and in all the areas we can for the development of Obanliku so help us God.

✓ We have within us in the New Obanliku Project Current Youth leaders(male&female), former youth leaders(male& female), elderstatesmen, Clergy men and women, Enterprenuers, professionals who have worked at the highest levels in federal and state government, members of the military, senior and special advisers to the government of the past and present, members of several NGOs accross the world, we all come from across the country to reflect and analyze varying public views towards Youth Leadership engagement, Inclusiveness and Empowerment. We have come together to develop solutions to revitalize and prepare our minds towards promoting more engaging participation in Democratic processes at all levels.

✓ Our focus is not on the current political system but on the future. The existing system of government has long depended on Leaders following basic norms and ground rules designed to prevent abuse of power and improve lives. Unless those values of hard work, diligence, and integriity are restored, they risk being destroyed permanently or being replaced with new anti-democratic norms that future leaders can exploit unchecked.
Therefore, we have examined the norms and practices surrounding Health, Education, Security, E-nterprenuership Development, Empowerment (Multidimensional), Sports and Skills Development.

✓ In this Publication, we have put forward
specific facts in support of some basic principles like maintaining a stand of integrity, maintaining rule of law, and ethical conduct in government.
In Subsequent Publications, we will turn to other areas, including Exploring the Blockchain industry with understanding and investing in CYX Token Investment for profit and Humanitarianism combined, Youth Congressional reforms, Government-sponsored researches and the process for appointing qualified professionals to critical positions of power and influence.

✓ As we reflect on these, we believe working closely with ethical Conduct and accountability the New Obanliku Project will ensure transparency in administration in all government official financial dealings thereby attracting and building numerous functional collaborations with organizations that have the objectives of the NYCN as embedded in the National Youth Policy.

✊ If found worthy to ascend office with the mandate mantle of the teeming & well meaning youths of Obanliku LGA with a fast increasing population as NYCN Coordinator Obanliku Chapter, the New Obanliku Project will ensure that every individual in position of public benefit acts for public good, not for only their personal financial gain will begin implementation with the heads & members of the executive committees.
