Hi Furends! Apparently my replacement during the epic road trip across the country decided to climb on some rocks while plastic dog’s handler repelled down the cliff to get the shot. Hi Furends! Today’s adventure was to hike up a mountain to sit on the deck of this fire-watch tower. The trailhead is at about 3,771 feet in elevation. The trail climbs 2,725 feet over 6.5 miles to reach the Huckleberry Lookout at 6,496 feet. The SheDevil said it was breathtaking and worth the climb. The hike down was way easier.

Hi Furends! Today was a project day. Since it was raining I was hoping the project was a slow blanket or knitting chair time or even cookies. No today the SheDevil decided to replace the the thing in the bathroom sink that humans use to let water in. SheDevil called it a sink doodad, but I’m pretty sure it’s real name is a faucet, but I let her call it the doodad. We had to go to the Lows first which resulted in other project things she remembered needed done, like building a screen for the Honey Robbers to stay out of the various Queendoms that live on my land now. At one point during the project day I had to guard the tools but also pretend to be resting while I kept my eye on her using tools. There were no injuries from this project, which was good because her finger is still healing from the last project. What did you do?
