We are passionate teachers who want to uncover the main facts and arguments of topics taught in high school classrooms - obviously with a history twist to it!
Our aim is to connect with other passionate and knowledgeable people to enrich and extend the learning experience of our students and listeners. William's field of interest is Big History and Ancient Thought and Colin's Sport History.

In this episode we try to define the study of history and discuss the approach we follow in our teaching, i.e. not just learning history but doing it. We also consider what makes for a good historical argument. Here we draw on the work of Sam Wineburg.
