We are excited to be sharing the first EP in what will be a "library release" of many songs! The first album of ROCKET GIRL launches us into imagination explorations, 22nd century aerospace dreampop musings, possibilities created in the spaces between everyday life’s routine responsibilities and pendulous frames of open consciousness. Recorded during a time of exhilaration and frustration, lost and found, and celebratory independence amidst seemingly tenuous freedoms, these songs are now being released to spark wonder, voyage and hope.

From the creative and talented team of Christina Hansen and Roger Greenawalt, as well as Indigo Wave Records A&R Exec Michael Mistroff, it's time for ROCKET GIRL to launch! First digital releases now available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, & SoundCloud!

The Jam released their first single "In The City", which peaked at No.40 in the UK charts on this day 4th June 1977. Lyrically, the song is a celebration of youth in the big city, and of what Paul Weller called the "young idea", reflecting on Weller's optimism for the punk movement.
