This is the unnamed dōjutsu used by Isshiki Ōtsutsuki and later Kawaki through his Kāma. It features a black pupil which glows yellow when jutsu are used, and a black wheel-like pattern with eight spokes coming out of the centre. The pupil area between adjacent spokes is yellow.

In the manga, after Isshiki was killed and appearing before Code as a spirit, the number of spokes in his eye decreased to two. When Kawaki uses the dōjutsu, the number of spokes in his eye changes from one when he's not using anything, and two to five when using any technique.

*Abilities*

This dōjutsu allows the user to use Sukunahikona, the ability to shrink themselves and any inanimate object or nonliving matter within their sight. Accompanied with the technique is Daikokuten, which enables the user to store anything shrunk by Sukunahikona into a dimension where time does not flow at any moment. The dōjutsu can also summon large black cubes which can disrupt the techniques of a sensory type individual,[2] as well as enabling the user to estimate their lifespan (chakra in the anime ) through a flame-like shadow.

The Mangekyō Sharingan (Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) is an advanced form of the Sharingan that has only been activated by a handful of Uchiha. They are noted to be the "heavenly eyes that see the truth of all of creation without construction"

A Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. It is initially awakened by the trauma suffered from witnessing the death of someone close to the user.

The Mangekyō Sharingan retains all of the Sharingan's generic abilities. It also grants powerful abilities that differ between each eye, though abilities may be similar in nature. Once a user awakens the Mangekyō in both eyes,they are able to perform Susanoo, even without either eye. In addition to the unique techniques, the straight tomoe (choku tomoe) of Madara's and Sasuke's MS grants them greater fluidity in their movements when fighting.

As with any dōjutsu, the MS can be transplanted into non-Uchiha, granting them all its abilities with steeper chakra demands. Unlike the standard Sharingan, a transplanted Mangekyō Sharingan can be freely activated or deactivated by non-Uchiha at will.

Usage of it's abilities can cause a great strain on the user. It drains a lot of chakra through each technique used. It causes considerable damage to the user, leaving the body in pain and causes deterioration to their vision until over-usage leaves them blind.Their vision can be restored by transplanting the eyes of an Uchiha with strong blood ties ideally a sibling thus awakening the so-called Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The user will retain their original techniques, although the eyes merge the designs of the two Uchiha's MS. Also, they no longer suffer any negative side-effects from using them, even reducing chakra-draining to a minimal level.

The Mangekyō Sharingan also grants its user the ability to read and decode the Uchiha Clan's Stone Tablet more than the Sharingan, but less than the Rinnegan.

The Byakugan (All Seeing White Eye) is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans. It is regarded as one of the "Three Great Dōjutsu", the others being the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.

This dōjutsu usually is manifested as very distinctive eyes, characterised by their enlarged and featureless white irides with no visible pupils. While active, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. Unlike other dōjutsu, the Byakugan is normally available to its users from birth, and on rarer occasions, the dōjutsu can be awakened. Himawari Uzumaki, a descendant of the Hyūga clan through her mother, generally has blue eyes. When her Byakugan is activated, she gains the characteristic white, featureless eyes of her ancestors.

*Abilities*
Individuals with a Byakugan have a near-360º field of vision around themselves, save for a small blindspot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra. The Byakugan's vision can pe*****te almost any object, allowing users to see through walls,peer underground or even examine the contents of a person's body. Certain barriers have been shown to block a Byakugan's sight, as have smokescreens that are comprised of a particular mineral dust. Users can focus their vision on anything and everything within the Byakugan's range, allowing them to monitor individuals from afar or to quickly survey a vast area and pinpoint specific locations within that area. The exact range of the Byakugan varies between users, but can be improved with training.The Byakugan can see chakra to a greater degree than the Sharingan. This enables users to distinguish certain types of clones from their original and even identify specific individuals' chakra signatures. Its ability to see chakra is acute enough to see the chakra pathway system within a target's body and the 361 tenketsu that run along it.

The Jōgan ( Pure Eye) is a mysterious dōjutsu that is implied to belong to the Ōtsutsuki Clan and used by those who strongly inherited the powers of the clan. Boruto Uzumaki has so far been the only wielder of the dōjutsu, having awakened it in his right eye. In the manga the dōjutsu is featureless in appearance with a barely visible pupil.When depicted in the anime, the dōjutsu is light blue in colour with a darkened sclera and visible pupil.

When first used during his time in the Academy, Boruto did not appear to have the ability to activate it on command; instead, the eye would involuntarily activate when Boruto focused his attention on a particular person or object. As a teenager, he displayed the ability to activate it at will.

*Abilities*

While little is currently know about the range of the eye's abilities, it has been stated to be troublesome. In most situations, Boruto would not realize it had activated and would not have control over it's manifestation; it seems to independently activate in the presence of dangerous/hidden targets. It can perceive the flow of chakra, enabling Boruto to see the visible changes in one's chakra and likewise track a target through their chakra. It can clearly see the chakra pathway system and determine its most key point. It can also see through invisible barriers that connect between dimensions.

The Ketsuryūgan (meaning: Blood Dragon Eye), is a dōjutsu, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of "eyes as red as blood". Its power earned it comparison to the Three Great Dōjutsu.

The Ketsuryūgan confers genjutsu casting abilities, either by making physical skin contact with the target or meeting each other's gaze. Upon which, they can hypnotise the victim in a variety of ways, or even delve deep into their minds to extract information. The Ketsuryūgan also gave the users the ability to manipulate iron, or more accurately, any liquid with a high iron concentration. As such, fitting with its moniker, the Ketsuryūgan can manipulate the blood within a living target, whether if be themselves or another being.

*How To Acquire It*

When a wielder of this kekkei genkai experiences a powerful emotional condition with regards to a person precious to them, their brain releases a special form of chakra that affects the optic nerves, transforming the eyes into Sharingan; for that reason the Sharingan is described as an "eye that reflects the heart". Often, as per the Uchiha's so-called "Curse of Hatred", this emotion is a negative one, brought on by stress or loss. The emotion can also be positive, driven by a desire to protect or reunite with a loved one.

When first awakened, each Sharingan usually will have only one tomoe although in some case, they immediately gained two tomoe in each of their eyes. Through emotional growth of extreme conditions, the Sharingan will continue to develop, its full maturation represented by a third tomoe.

Just like any dōjutsu, Sharingan can be transplanted into a non-Uchiha. But they are unable to deactivate it and it needs a greater chakra reserve for them than for actual Uchiha, who need only minimal chakra to keep it active. For these reasons, non-Uchiha tend to cover their Sharingan when they aren't using it in order to conserve chakra.

The Tenseigan (Reincarnation Eye) is a Kekkei Genkai , dōjutsu introduced in The Last: Naruto the Movie. The Tenseigan can be acquired when an Ōtsutsuki is implanted with the Byakugan of a Hyūga , this combination of the two clans' chakra transforms the Byakugan into Tenseigan.

The Rinnegan (literally meaning: Saṃsāra Eye) is reputed as the most exalted eye amongst the "Three Great Dōjutsu", the others being the Sharingan and the Byakugan. It is said that in times of disorder, one who wields the Rinnegan is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation" who will calm the world or a "God of Destruction" who will reduce everything to nothingness. The Rinnegan is characterised by concentric circles covering the eyeball.

*How To Acquire It*

The Rinnegan can typically be awakened by gaining Hagoromo's chakra either by reproducing it from combining the chakra of Hagoromo's sons, Indra and Asura, or by directly receiving chakra from Hagoromo himself.

Sasuke Uchiha's left Sharingan became a Rinnegan when Hagoromo's spirit gave half of his chakra to Sasuke.

As with any dōjutsu, the Rinnegan can be transplanted into others. Prior to his death, Madara implanted both of his eyes into the young Nagato without the boy's knowledge and After Nagato's death, the Rinnegan were taken by Obito Uchiha, who implanted the left eye into himself.
