This federal holiday isn’t a black holiday. It represents a new beginning for this country, and all true patriots should be celebrating. In 2022 we still have a lot to do, and that work starts with each of us. Take some time and sit your children down and teach them about this day in history and even though it may be hard, remind them of the work that’s still left to do. Our kids are the future of this country, and history can never be the promise of tomorrow. We must breathe into them the life they need to shape the world to be a better place for us all! ✊🏾✊🏿✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻
