Learnings of the week

The aspect ratio for different platforms is different which is really annoying meaning you have to shoot content twice. I learnt this shooting my house sit last Friday.

I am starting to review and share the learning from starting up my own business, and thought I'd share in posts regularly.

My thought of the week:

To be successful in business you need to focus on the customer, I have put a focus on empathising with their behaviour. I then need to test this empathy via assumptions as ultimately these are just my thoughts. To be successful I need as much data as possible to better refine my understanding of my customers and potential customers. This has given me the following lessons to share with you.

It can provide another layer of detail beyond google analytics. You can have screen recordings of what users are doing on your site and heatmaps.
