Some More Gym Chalk Reforms.🤍 I really need to learn how to control when I become lucid. While I was dreaming I became aware a few times and it would be on it off but it only lasted a few seconds. I also feel like I am now capable of having a lucid dream whenever I want to, simply because I know my triggers.

☁️💤quick lil story of one of my many dreams that I had last night and this morning. I’m chilling on the “beach” with my family & all of a sudden, a pipe busted in the ocean 🤔 I’m like… 👀 thennnn the pipe drained the water in the “ocean” y’all. So, a whole crew of directors came out and everybody on the beach knew it was time to go home. Idk who asked, but it was someone who was w me… they asked why did we have to leave? The crew director lady said because the surface got too hot😅 which led to the pipe busting. So we get up to go and as we’re leaving the beach turns into a room that’s not even that big but I guess the illusion of the sky and water made it look huge. Me and my family got up and left before we could see it turn into a complete room, so I had to double back & the room looked super weird. It’s giving the matrix.🤣

I had a few lucid dreams last night that only lasted a few seconds… and I can’t even remember them😭😭😭 but that’s because I didn’t write them down like I’m supposed to be doing. I just been out of it, but I am slooowly getting back to them. One trigger to lucid dreaming is thinking of scary stuff so🙃 last night one of the dreams scared me so much I woke up to my head hurting and then I quickly cuddled my bf for comfort 😂😂😂😂

• fun fact: “why did you name your asmr pages Asmrartz” ?

Because I look at the asmr gym chalk community like art, you can make your reforms look like ANYTHING… color them, put glitter on them etc. I added the z in a replacement of the s to add some sauce to my name.😎
