Kids Favourite Indian Samosa Recipe - Cooking Game

HOW TO MAKE SAMOSA:

• Divide the dough into some equal portions
• Roll in each round into chapatti’s
• Cut the chapatti’s into two halves use knife to slice each one half

STUFF AND FOLD THE SAMOSA:

Add two teaspoons of samosa filling into the center of piece of dough then bring all edges together to form a cone shape,
For a nice edges you can use fork to press the edges together as you finish filling each one set it aside on a baking sheet .

FRYING SAMOSAS:

Heat the oil into a high sided frying pan place a dough in the oil to see if it sizzles,
Deep fry them about 10 minutes until both sides are golden brown use slotted spoon to move the finished samosas to plate lined with towels to drain extra oil,
Serve the very delicious samosa with green chutney and tomato sauce
