No one serves like him, last night he taught my favorite message of his — ever, and then this morning he jumped on a plane to help another church family we love. He practices every bit of what he preaches and he models loving others so well!

My husband has jokes. Also, I went back and watched my message and I didn't sound like this although I usually do.

On days when things feel hard and I need a reminder of God's goodness, I go back and listen to the songs I've written in the midst of storms and wilderness seasons. They remind me of how far I've come and have faithful our God is. i'm not sure who needs this reminder, but on the days when it all feels like too much to bear, know this: he is close and he is drawing near. When it comes to following Jesus dying to your sinful desires is a have to. It's not a suggestion, it's not an option, it's a must have. If you don't surrender all you are, tradition, religion and culture will infiltrate the gaps and produce a version of the kingdom that doesn't express the heart of God. True story.

24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus ✨have crucified ✨ the flesh with its passions and desires 25 since we live by the spirit, let us keep in step with the spirit. There is NO Fruit of the Spirit apart from dying daily. True story. We gotta do better, we gotta be better.
