My weight loss journey of 2018 (first picture) fell off the rails in 2019 and not only did i revert to back to my old unhealthy habits but i had little to no faith that i would ever get that drive i had to change for the better for myself. I promised myself that this year i would bounce back and get that drive again. So here we are, 6 weeks into 2020 and I'm back to where i was at my peak of 2018 feeling more excited for my future than i have in a long time. Special shout out to for getting me on a new workout routine provided by thank you and for always supporting me. And now to start a new chapter in my journey to a healthy lifestyle i'm kicking off a new diet curated by myself and starting with a meatless portobello mushroom burger. Thank you everybody and believe me when i say If i can do it, so can you.
