Five years ago, I was editing this short film to get it out for release before Christmas. It was the first official TKF short. The production quality isn't the greatest, seeing as how it was filmed on a cell phone with a crew of one, but it was a lot of fun, and all of the ladies were amazing.

Excellent news for one of TKF's short films from 2021, "No Such Thing", won 3rd place in its category at this year's Indie Gathering.

It will be playing as part of a short film block, Sunday, August 14th at 12:30 PM.

Congrats to the entire cast and crew, and everyone who helped bring the film to life!!!

Some wonderful advice from Hugh Jackman in this video. Two main takeaways. The original teaser trailer for the limited web series, "Matt Damon: House Guest".

This is one that we filmed roughly 60% of, unfortunately out of order, and due to a number of reasons weren't able to finish it.

However, there is a bare-bones pilot episode that was completed, which we're considering releasing if enough people want to see it.

And perhaps an extended trailer, and hopefully, eventually one day, maybe next year?, we can actually film the entire series one day.

In keeping up with what we started the other day, here is the first sequel to "Let Her Down", the first Sessions episode, with Julie Simon, as Dr. Morgan. This one is called "Saying Goodbye", and stars Emily Kelly alongside Julie Simon.

In Dr. Morgan's second session, she tries to help a young woman struggling to come to terms with having to say goodbye. But it might not be exactly what you think.

This was filmed on the same day as Let Her Down, and episode 3 (The End), and also filmed on a cell phone. I don't think we actually filmed on a real camera until the 7th episode of Sessions.

A throwback to the very first episode of Sessions, starring Julie Simon, as new therapist Dr. Morgan, and Joe Morales, as Richard, a young man coping with his life's biggest regret.

This was one of the very first TKF projects, filmed very much with the "whatever we have available" mold of how and why we were created. It's a 2 person cast, shot on a cell phone. The film won 2nd place micro comedy at the 2019 Indie Gathering. It also spawned several more episodes, all of which I'll be posting over the next several days.

Last night was the "Best Of Cleveland" screening for the 48 Hour Film Project for 2021. Our film, "The Problem with Necromancy", was nominated for 5 awards.

While we didn't win any of them, I'm not the slightest bit disappointed. It was an honor just to be included with the other films and nominated alongside some amazingly talented filmmakers. We also had a fun weekend and made a film we're proud of.

Congrats to all of the winners and other nominees!
