Here it is! The Big Dump! Sugarlands Distilling Company Master Distiller Alfredo Peña and Northern Yankee Moonshine Doug Taylor Jar Release 2025!!! What a fun day this was! The event was fantastic! Very casual and the line to get in for the tasting didn't take long at all! The staff at Sugarlands Shine were Great! We had a really awesome lady named Stacey as our bartender for the shine tasting! She cracked some really fun jokes and put everyone in a great mood! Ask for Her Table haha! The whole staff really ‘did the darn thing!’ and kept everything in motion nonstop.

Alfredo and Doug were awesome as always. Both of them were happily signing jars during the entire time we were at the event. We had a lot of fun with our shirts this time to show support!

In addition to being able to congratulate the two of them for their official jar release, we also got to spend a lot of time with friends and make new ones!

Anyone and Everyone is welcome to share this post and/or use these pictures! We take these pictures so that we can always reflect on this crazy ride we've been on the past couple of years, and we want all of you to have those memories too!

Whatup, Evrrybody?!?? Home safe and ready to start the normal work week tomorrow. Didn't bring the camera with us to the pre-party, we were mostly there to hang with everyone and just let loose a bit!

The party was a Blast, the Music was Awesome with Jeffrey Anderson and the staff, considering how big our party was, were absolutely fantastic at Taco Ranch !! Great place to eat and have a drink, location is easy, and they have extra parking in the back!

Grabbed a few rough cell phone pics! Couldn't even mention everyone if I tried, we had such an awesome time this weekend! I'll have the Jar Release post up in a day or two, We had to reduce 154 pictures down to around 40 Hah! The coils are hand-wrapped, the wooden frame design is a tapered 'little devil' wedge that allows a solid, clean install. The wood is burnt for a more weathered look. The copper pipe straps are offset for aesthetic and exist to enforce the 1-1/8" steps of the frame to guarantee downhill v***r travel.

Everything is hand drilled, soldered, cut and assembled.

Big Congratulations to our Friend, Amanda Bryant : Moonshiners & Master Distiller !! It's crazy to think that a couple years ago when we first met at the Hillbilly Jam - Maggie Valley festival Pre-Party at the Tavern in Maggie Valley, not even, a year and a half ago, to see you grow so much not only on Moonshiners but now launching your own distillery and being a legal distiller! You've achieved so much in a short time, and we are proud and excited for you and Jay and your future!! - Will & Jason

It's that Time Again!!!!!!!!! Tuesday!!!! New Moonshiners Tonight!! Looks like Amanda Bryant : Moonshiners & Master Distiller and Kelly Williamson, Moonshiner are working away to try to save that Fireball they created! Mark & Digger get closer to tracking down who's been stealing their whiskey, and then TV Guide Spoiler: Moonshiner Jerry and Moonshiner Mike Cockrell might be heading down to Mississippi to raise some funds to replace the still that Moonshiners Huck N Mark blew up??? Looks like a lot of fun tonight!! Can't wait! Grab you some nice dinner, relax, decompress for the day, fill up a jar and enjoy the new episode!

This is such a crazy and busy time of year for us! Thanksgiving, Three Birthdays in December, Christmas and New Years! Phew!! Still found time to stop by our favorite hangout in Knoxville, Tennessee Ferment Station !! I love this place! This is where we get all of our 'Things and Stuff' haha! You can find what you need here! Brewing, Distilling, Wine Making, Grains All of it! Check out this awesome Thunder Road Copper Still behind us! Completely hand-built and ALL Copper! Someone needs to snag this off the shelf! Make sure if you're a hobbyist in this area that you head down to Ferment Station and check everything out!
