Last fall, I used the LX2610 and box blade to regraded the yard at the top of the pier steps, after a tree company had been in and left some ruts in the yard. When I was done, I put down some grass seed that I had left over from a year or two before. Didn't water, fertilize, or anything...just came home and forgot about it. No expectations, because historically, all the pine trees make growing grass difficult.

Imagine my surprise last weekend when I arrived at the Overlook to find a nice stand of green grass! Go figure!
