- Nitin Namdeo. Focusing on yourself is important be it mentally or physically. I don’t know about you but I used to always find time to take care of others and left myself on the back burner. What a mistake that was, I know it damn sure never helped with the depression I was suffering. Luckily though, over the years I focused on learning new skills, practicing different talents and just doing what I do. Eventually though there were areas at the time I had neglected with myself, at least I had the good sense to improve my knowledge. I’m very much an introvert and can almost be classified at times as being a hermit. Others used to clown me and say I was boring because I would hole myself up and do nothing but learn and create. That’s what got me through the times where I neglected to really mentally do the challenging work that would lead to the change I desperately clung to. Had I of never learned those skills I would have remained stagnant in an ever evolving and changing world. GI_Jane_2.0 signing out. Be the Change, I dare you. Standby I’m not done yet.

The positivity in our life is a function of our thinking. So think positive, stay positive!
- Unknown. Art helps me to find that balance. Naturally I don’t know that any of us are naturally positive people. We may have our days where life is good, but from my experience you must work hard to keep positive. When I sit to create, it’s as though the art takes over and I solely am holding the brush.

Many say they are not artistic, it’s only a matter of practice and if you use Arteza Acrylic Pour Paints there is no way not to have a gorgeous painting. The colors are rich and vibrant. The hardest part of the process is choosing which beautiful colors to use. I’ve tried other products and they come across as watery, these paints never disappoint. If I paint something, I don't want to have to explain what it is.
- Bob Ross. Today I wanted to try a new app and it just so happens it fit well with my art therapy. You may have seen me come on and practice acrylic art pour in which I then photograph my canvas painting and further transfer it to goods I sell. But, as I’ve said before I’m into it all so I am always looking to not only keep my interest but my viewers as well. I simply enjoy adding color to a canvas, it doesn’t matter the outcome to me. Today it was about trying something new. So, I headed into the Metaverse on Kingspray Graffitti app and just had fun learning how to use the app. To me, that was good enough.
