After months of planning, we are ready to launch .uk
Our vision, is to provide training for all levels of women within Muay Thai as an add on to what they are already doing and hopefully bringing lots of new faces into the sport.

With that being said…

We are proud to finally be able to announce our women’s only Muay Thai programme for new starters!
This course have been designed by Coach Emma, it is for any women with absolutely no experience in the sport, who are keen to learn, as well as to get fit and meet new and like minded friends.

Maybe you want to join a thai boxing gym but feel everyone will be too fit and too advanced for you, or maybe you just want to learn something new and train along side other women if so, then this is the exact course for you!

We will cover all the important fundamentals of the sport showing striking and defence as well as pad holding.

The course will be launching in London and Manchester, and will take place over 8 weeks, consisting of 2 sessions a week.

We have experienced and passionate female coaches on board and we can’t wait to show you them!

Its that time again to write a thank you post.

This was the hardest card to match so far, with shows surrounding ours that had been matching their cards since last year, but we made it work.

Firstly we just want to say a massive thank you to the coaches and gyms that gave us fighters for this show, we hope that you feel that you were well looked after.

We’ve got a really strong team behind the scenes that help the show run smoothly, absolutely smashed it filming content for the show, all the fight footage that you are seeing she filmed! was amazing as always interviewing the fighters. It can be a lonely day stood in the back on your own but your patience is much appreciated and you are an integral part of the show ❤️

getting a really impressive victory on our last show, in what could have been a fight of the night candidate against Tyler Sprigings. It was one of the highest quality N class bouts we’ve ever seen!

Still gathering my thoughts but wow what a night we had at the 2nd SOLD OUT Last Round Live. To completely pack out a 700 capacity venue twice in a row is no easy feat and we are truly humbled again with the response the show has gotten 🙌🙌
Everything ran completely smooth, there was some great 50/50 fights and some highlight reel KOs
Me and Anton would like to thank all the gyms and fighters who fought on the show, everyone who bought a ticket, you had the place rocking from start to finish💥and all our sponsors who gave us great support and helped us look after the fighters which is always our main goal!

Thank you to the refs and for stepping in for the final 3 fights. The judges Lisa Hambleton, and did a great job as always and timekeeper who smashed it!
Also who helped out a lot behind the scenes and helped out massively on the night filling in wherever she was needed and again for helping out on the front desk and having it on lock once again!
