Why is social engagement important for your brand?
Social media is not a set-it-and-forget-it tactic, it can actually do more damage than it can good. Engaging with your users has to be a two-way conversation - your brand’s users want to know that the brand they care about, cares about them.
Want to know what your users want to hear about? Ask them, and be intentional in your response. Give your community what they’re asking for.
Respond to your users’ feedback, both positive and negative and show that your brand is listening and taking their feedback seriously.
