Eckhart Tolle is credited for saying "You can change it, Leave it, or accept it" which is one of the most fundamental truths in the pursuit of happiness. Many of us wish and hope for certain aspects of our lives to change, yet we fail to take action and make it change. Many of us wish we could leave certain situations... dreaming about it, but never taking the steps to leave. And many of us argue with our reality, building, negativity and toxic resentment rather than acceptance. These are the big three that are responsible for most of the misery in our lives. In this Power Up, you will embark on a grand adventure to a magical place to not only understand this idea on a surface level, but internalize it, so that these ideas guide your decisions on a subconscious level. different decisions lead to different actions & different actions cause your physical reality to change.

Warning - Deep breathing exercises should NEVER be practiced before or during diving, swimming, taking a bath, operating a vehicle, or in any other environments where, should you pass out, a serious injury could occur. Deep breathing may cause tingling sensations and/or lightheadedness. While this is normal, please be mindful of your body's limitations. Loss of consciousness can occur if you push yourself too far. Persons with cardiovascular health issues, lung conditions, or any other serious health conditions, should always consult a medical doctor before starting with any deep breathing exercises. By using these breathing exercises, you are acknowledging and accepting all risks associated with this type of breathwork. Explanation:
One of the best ways to achieve true peace of mind is to simply surrender and accept the worst. (Let it be so) Accepting the worst means you are releasing the fear of losing something, (e.g. freedom, security, etc...) and if you have already accepted the fact that this thing is gone, you no longer have fear of losing it. By visualizing this thing has already happened to you, you will feel an immediate sense of liberation and allow your mind travel into the next phase which is solution based thinking rather than fear based thinking. This Power Up uses these ideas to guide your mind on an exciting adventure to resolve your worry and transition into solution based thinking.

Use:
✔️ Stopping negativity in its tracks
✔️ General good vibes and feeling awesome

Instructions:
Best used in the morning before you start your day. Get your mind to build the habit of stopping negativity before the 3 minions seduce you.

Explanation:
It happens to all of us from time to time. We succumb to negativity. At its best, it will limit our ability to be productive or feel motivated and inspired. At it's worst, we can spiral down into a dark place where it will distort our reality into a sad and stressful place where we feel powerless with no hope. The first step to prevent this from happening is to destroy its 3 minions first. Blame, complaint, and gossip. At the first sigh of irritation, these 3 minions will emerge from the shadows... They can be sly and seductive, sometimes sinking their claws into us before we even realized what happened. It's up to us to protect ourselves from the 3 minions of negativity. If we can learn to say no. To fight them off, and keep them at bay, our odds of staying positive and productive significantly increase.

Explanation:
Ask any number of successful entrepreneurs, creators, or thought leaders, and they will tell you it all comes down to your willingness to do uncomfortable things. Usually, it is the things that we have the most resistance to doing that will give us the biggest results if we can find the courage to do them. Cold calling potential partners or affiliates... Making a pitch to investors... Having the uncomfortable talk with your boss... And so on... so we find reasons to avoid the uncomfortable tasks. Justifying reasons not to do them by staying occupied with other ''productive'' time fillers. However, if we can learn to chase discomfort, not only will it exponentially accelerate progress toward our goals, but the things that we once thought impossible, will become easy.
