Game Maker & Vox Edit Workshop

DON'T JUST GAME, MAKE MONEY DOING WHAT YOU ENJOY

This workshop is geared toward teaching young adults to create gaming assets via VoxEdit and Game Maker. Utopia AsiaX is also determined to create young capable entrepreneurs, who know how to use Web3.0 and financially benefit themselves and all those around them. We intend to instill within these young artists, game creators, and 1st timers an embodiment of self-discipline, confidence, creativity, determination, and healthy risk-taking. Participants will take part in Metaverse games, discussions, and activities to identify where they fit in the entrepreneurial personality spectrum and learn how to leverage those strengths. The workshop is geared to teaching participants how to create gaming assets via VoxEdit and Game Maker.

Objective and Outcomes:

- Participants will learn how to create Avatar and Game environment using The Sandbox (Game Maker & VoxEdit)
- Participants will identify individual entrepreneurial strengths and learn how can it be monetized.
- Utopia AsiaX will see measurable benefit from promoting and rewarding creativity, calculated risk-taking, and healthy competition among the participants.

Specification

The workshop will kick off by teaching participants what The Sandbox is and how to create their own Metamask wallet, allowing them to comprehend the monetization on Web 3.0. The workshop teaches participants how to transfer individual skills from Roblox, Minecraft to The Sandbox. Participants should be able to explore their creativity and monetization patterns in The Sandbox and Opensea.

Benefits

- Projects that are of interest to Utopia AsiaX will be acquired and integrated into our game.
- Participants will be given the opportunity to submit their game environment or assets to Utopia AsiaX at the end of the workshop; providing them a revenue model from gaming.
- Utopia AsiaX is also interested in actively hiring those with good potential and skill self-driven.

Requirements

- 13 - 21 years old
- Laptop & Mouse (Win10/11)
- Experience in playing and building Minecraft/Roblox (not Compulsory)
