REBIRTH: NUGGETS OF MEDITATION

Birth comes from darkness and water

Humans come from darkness( the womb ) and water inside the body

Ancient texts in religions agree that the earth was once dark , covered in water.
New birth came in the darkness and the waters.

Seeds also have to face darkness and go into the ground and find WATER for rebirth.

In a nutshell, If you're going through deep waters in your life and facing your "dark hour" or "dark season", do not lose sight of the pruning process, you are being refined for REBIRTH.
Meditating is going inside of yourself to mine out the treasures of your life whereby you enter into your quantum field( DARKNESS ) and reshape your life according to your heart's desire and go through REBIRTH.

I CHALLENGE YOU:
Take 5 years and embark on a journey of meditation and see what happens to your mental health, your physical health and your spiritual health.
MEDITATION is like the alignment of the pendulum swing in your life( the alignment of your SPIRIT, SOUL AND BODY ).

When your spirit( heart ), soul( mind ) and body
( the brain ) are in agreement( alignment ) then miracles happen!

I talk from experience and that experience is through meditation.

Even My finances were healed from meditation: I will never leave meditation alone, even if the whole world rejects me because of it, I will still hold on to the cross of My meditations.

If you want to stop all the noise in your life and reach a moment or time of peace then meditate.

May the pundulum swing in your life begin to align as you embark on your journey of meditation.

BEWARE OF THE FRIENDS YOU KEEP

INTRO:

( a ) Never leave a long-time loyal friend and befriend a "cool person".
A "cool person" won't be cool forever and they don't guarantee any loyalty to you, when the cool friend changes on you, you'll remember the loyal friend you abandoned...

( b ) When it comes to doing things for a friend or even asking for favours from a friend, always put yourself in their shoes.

Do unto them as you would love them do unto you.
Don't be a friend of double-standards.
Don't ask from them what you would never give them if they asked from you.

( c )If you create expectations in a friend but always never show up to what they expected from you then you don't respect that friend, you don't prioritize them and you are the bad person in that friendship.

Worse is when you don't even explain yourself or apologise for not meeting up an expectation or for not fulfilling a promise.

TYPE OF TOXIC FRIENDS TO WATCH OUT FOR:

( 1 ) THE SUBLIMINAL FRIEND:

In the midst of friends, notice that one friend who always jokes about things in your life that they'd never say plainly.
Some friends use jokes to deliver a sensitive message.
They use the joke to neutralise the awkwardness of what they said.
They have alot to say, but jokes help them to give hints about how they truly feel about you
BEWARE OF THESE ONES , THEY ARE DANGEROUS PEOPLE

( 2 ) THE LAUGHING FRIEND:

Similar to the joking friend, notice that friend who always laughs the loudest and is the last one to laugh at you when friends joke about you.

This kind of friend doesn't like you the way you think they do; if they had an opportunity, they'd secretly laugh at you during your time of pain , beware of this type of "friend".

( 3 ) THE PARASITE:

Take note of that type of friend who sees you as important as soon as you have money but they are nowhere to be found during your days of need.

These types of friends are parasites, you are their host.
If you don't supply them with "blood" they go to the next "body"
That's how parasites operate.

( 4 ) THE PERSSIMIST:

Watch out for that friend that never celebrates others, they are so negative and gossip people each time a name is mentioned.
They have something bad to say about someone as soon as you mention that person'z name.

This type of friend also gossips you, its just that you never sit down and think about it because when they're with you, they speak bad about others and not you.

( 5 ) THE FLIRTING FRIEND:

Becareful of that flirtitious friend, you'd think you know all the people they've dated up until you see their name on your partner's phone contact list.

A flirting friend also wants your partner.
Do you want to still call them "friend"?

THE CHOICE IS YOUR'S TO KEEP THEM IN YOUR LIFE.

( 6 ) THE NARCISSISTIC FRIEND:

Beware of that friend who turns themself into a victim when its time to take accountability for hurting you.
That type of friend who pretends like they don't know what you're talking about when you confront them of their errors , hurts and dissapointments.

They inturn make you look like you have a problem and thus invalidating your feelings: these are called NARCISSISTS.

DEMONS THESE ONES...

( 7 ) THE PRETENDER( JEALOUS FRIEND ):

Take notice of that one friend that puts on a fake smile when people applaud you, praise you or celebrate you for doing good things or for achieving in life.
They have a weird fake laugh and a fake smile.
When friends are complimenting you, they always have a "BUT..." in the middle of their sentence, even their tone exposes them when they give a speech to "celebrate" You.

( 8 ) THE USER

Take notice of that friend who never invites you to anything in their life but asks for support from you when they are in need of help.

For some reason, they only cry to you for help or any assistance because they know you have a big heart and they know you are capable in your capacity to help them but they forget you when their life is in order.

( 9 ) THE STRANGER:

There are some friends who can go through struggles with you, walk the walk with you when both of you are at rock-bottom in life, but you become a stranger as soon as they have a breakthrough in life.

( 10 ) FRIEND OF MINE, FRIEND OF MY ENEMY.

Keep a close eye for that friend who can hang around with people that are against you.
No one in their right mind should associate with your enemies and still call themself your friend.

Even demons don't have lunch dates with holy angels , they won't betray satan like that nor will holy angels betray God and have a get together with fallen angels.
A friend who spends time with your enemies is going to be used against you one day and a friend who spends time with your enemies will sell you to your enemies one day.
CONCLUSION:

I pray that you are no longer blind to these things anymore.
I pray that now you know whom to be aware of in your friends' circle. I chose to expose the bad / toxic friend types because we always get blinded by good traits in friends and overlook their darkside. NOT EVERYONE WISHES YOU WELL AND NOT EVERYONE LOVES YOU THE WAY YOU LOVE THEM OR THE WAY YOU THOUGHT THEY LOVE YOU.

THE NATSARIM( "NAZARENES" ) VS CHRISTIANITY

Christianity and the work of the apostles of 1st century A.D is 2 opposite things

Christianity is 200 years younger than what was started by Jesus and his apostles.

The apostles were called NAZARENES in 1st century A.D, not "Christians".
NAZARENES differ with Chritianity
( a roman religion ) in doctrine and practise.

Christianity is a copy of older religions before it such as BABYLONIAN CULTICISM, EGYPTIAN MYSTICISM AND GREEK MYTHOLOGY and idol worship of human worship and the taboo of human sacrifice
( THE SINAI BIBLE TRANSLATION WHICH IS OLDER THAN THE KING JAMES BIBLE DOES NOT HAVE THE STORY OF CRUCIFIXION, but the King James translation which is younger than the SINAI ENGLISH TRANSLATION has a crucifixion story, ...which begs the question; which one amongst these two translations is true??? )

Christianity was created in 1st century A.D and officiated as a formal religion in 325 A.D at the council of Niceae, on the 20th of May under the supervision of Constantine I , in the city state of Rome.

Lets promote facts over beliefs to liberate the next generation from regurgitated lies of the past.

ITS ALL LOVE FROM ME

I don't sell herbs to heal people because "its a lucrative business", I sell them because I am called in my family to do it
( no one, in my paternal family and maternal family does it excerpt me, at the moment ).

I don't post what I post on my social media , regarding sensitive matters on beliefs , myths, religions because I wake up feeling like I should offend religious people about the scams of religions and the dodgy past or dodgy roots of their religions, I just don't wake up feeling like posting about such, rather, I post because I have a burden, an unction and a drive that pushes me to share knowledge to liberate afrikans because its our time to rise , time to heal and time to be free, its our time to also enjoy and no longer ENDURE, its our time to shine and no longer rot in shame from our past traumas!

I was called as a teenager for this and my journey is full of loneliness, I get rejected for this, hated, gossipped, resented and mocked for accepting my calling.
I am not called to entertain gods and myths, superstitions and dogmas, doctrines and personalities, cults and organisations, I'm simply called to bring enlightenment about the times we're in and the times of splendor("glory") coming ahead of us because of where we come from.
I am not called to kiss butts and pretend with religious men and women , shaking hands with men and women who know what I know but scared to speak out, I am called to walk and work with soldiers of the same calibre and see the cleansing of the minds of afrikan children from the grip of eurocentric lies and manipulation because we are here in this current socio-economic and socio-political predicaments in afrika because of eurocentric lies!
I am a vessel for hope and inspiration for afrikan children
I am a youth mentor, a youth-life coach, a visual artist, a poet and a writer of afrikan consciousness, I have no agenda on social media and outside social media, I come with no weapons, manipulations or ill intentions on no one.
I am simply a Tsonga South Afrikan, raised in Dan village, raised by my Grandmother for 10 years, grew up to love my neighbour and the progress of afrika as a whole, inspired to see social transformation and subsequently, economic development and economic growth of afrikans.

I know that I am not normal to others and that others don't understand me anymore and that others even wish to tell me harsh words or see me being ridiculed by others because they themselves don't have the guts to do it, but its all love from me.
I love you regardless of what you see or think of me, I don't practise hate on anyone, its all love from here, no low vibrational attitudes and low vibrational mannerisms of tantrums and subliminal attacks, throwing of shade and the like, anyone who does that to me is not my genuine brother or sister and I do not buy love from anyone, not even from my own immediate family, I just simply love and create good karma everywhere I go and every moment of my life to reap what I sow and I sow seeds of life and seeds of love.

We don't hate over here.
We don't gossip over here.
We don't show bitterness and hostility over here.
We don't throw subliminal shorts nor throw shade on anyone over here.
We don't retarliate to a single soul over here.
We don't swear or cuss at anyone over here.

TRUTH , LIES AND DECEPTION

When a lie has been taught for years,
it has the power to influence and shape the reality of the people who receive and believe
that lie.
When a lie is rooted in the hearts of its
receivers or followers, they can even
sacrifice their lives for that lie because of the strong conviction they have about the lie.
That lie can determine the state or quality of
life of its followers.
Indeed information has power to control one's destiny...

A LIE WILL ALWAYS BE A LIE:

A large Majority following a lie or believing in a lie cannot make that lie
a truth.
A cup with a soft drink or consumable
liquid in it that has a little drop of
poison in it,a poison that may not
harm the person who might drink it,
because of its quantity,is no longer
the same drink with its original
properties. Its no longer a drink in its original
form, its now added with a little drop
of poison.
Its no longer a soft drink;but
poison, even if it does not take the life
of its consumer.
The Same fact applies concerning information...
A little lie inside a message or
information changes the order of the
message.
It has now changed the set up of the
message.

The message is now delivered with an
addition of 'a little lie'.
Which makes the entire information a
lie as a whole/ in its entirety.
A lie combined with a truth will bring
forth what is known in english as "DECEPTION", a truth that is added with
or mixed with a lie will produce DECEPTION.
A large number of people following a
lie cannot convert that lie into a truth by reason of the size of their number as
a group or collective....

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRUTH, A LIE AND DECEPTION.

( A ) A truth is information that is aligned with natural laws and cosmic laws

( B ) A lie is completely false information

( C ) And deception is a mix of the truth and a lie.

Many people are deceived because of the element of truth that's mixed with the lie and fail to separate the truth from the lie, this is how tricky DECEPTION can be!
Deception feeds the current matrix system of the age of pisces( i.e, religious dogmas and superstitions, myths, politics, false spirituality ).
It flourishes because it carries truth in it and thus people fall for its tricks because of the truth in it when its objective is to mislead.

Blessed are those who don't know the truth at all because they are justified, for no one taught them the truth.

But, Woe unto those who know the truth but kept quiet; for these are them that keep the illusion of deception running and ruling the minds of the deceived, these are as worse as the deceivers themselves!
Their graves shall be the graves of cowards.

On this month, 9 years ago, on the 24th of September, 2014, I chose to finally come out and speak up about what I was carrying, so that when they lay Me to rest, they don't bury a coward but a soldier who chose nobility and honour over the pleasing of people.
I chose rejection for speaking the truth than favour for appeasing those who love to be tickled by lies.

LUCID DREAMS AND HEALING THE PINEAL GLAND

If you want to keep having lucid dreams, start journaling your current dreams and also, apply this technique of looking at your hands and ask yourself this question "am I dreaming?", do this practise daily, this is to train your mind to distinguish between a lucid dream and a normal dream.
A lucid dream is when you dream and you're aware that you're dreaming and have control of the events and circumstances in your dreams.

If you are no longer dreaming like you used to, then try these solutions:
( 1 ) Detoxing
( 2 ) Fasting
( 3 ) Put a bay leaf under your pillow
( 4 ) Try eating moringa leaf powder ( as a tea or the powder without boiling it, sprinkled into your meals )
( 5 ) Seamoss ( raw or powder )
( 6 ) Get yourself some omega 3 capsules or omega 3 organic oil
( 7 ) Cut off fluoride by using charcoal toothpaste or Aloe vera infused toothpaste
( 8 ) Chew raw Cannabis leaves
( 9 ) Sungazing each sunrise ( exactly during the moments the sun rises ) and sun gazing each sunset ( about 30 minutes before the sun goes down ), always close your eyes when doing this practise
( 10 ) And do full moon gazing every first week of the month, and after 15 days of a month and the last week of the month

TIME AND ALIGNMENT

1. Time/Nkarhi / Nako/ Isikhathi
( Definition )

In My own personal definition:
Time is the system of recording moments and events through the movement of the heavenly bodies /celestial bodies

2. MEASUREMENTS OF TIME:
The movements of the celestial bodies create series of records which are compiled as units of time.
Namely:
Seconds , Minutes , hours , days, weeks, months , years , decades , centuries , milleniums, Epochs and Aeons.

3. THE PURPOSE OF TIME:

The purpose of time is to provide a way of measuring and ordering events and processes.
Time enables us to track changes, to compare durations, and to predict future occurrences.
To recognise and or take notice of Patterns of events in nature, civilizations and or societies and patterns in human behavior.
Time also helps us to reflect on the past and to plan for the future.
Time also helps us to execute Or sow into our plans at the right moment or season in order to see the results.

4. THE IMPORTANCE OF TIME WHEN IT COMES TO MANIFESTING OUR HEART'S DESIRES

When it comes to manifesting a goal , a wish or a heart's desire, all we need is to be aligned with nature's time.
In other words, if we can master nature's time, we won't need to pray longer than 5 minutes in order to get answers.

5. THERE IS A TIME FOR EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN

In spirituality or for those that are in tune with their spiritual-life / spiritual well-being, it is very important to know when to do things because "...there's a TIME and PURPOSE for everything UNDER THE SUN..."
( ECCLESIASTES 3 V 1 )
There are certain hours for certain rituals like prayer and fasting and there are certain hours for rituals like meditations , scripting a desire , writing affirmations and speaking forth those affirmations, ...etc

6. THE MOON AND TIME

The Moon and Women in their 28 day cycle.

DID YOU KNOW?
The Moon and Women's menstrual cycle operate on a period of 28-29days.

7. THE MYSTERY OF THE MOON AND THE MONTH

A month is divided into four weeks and so are the phases of the moon divided into four.

There are four principal (primary, or major) lunar phases:
( 1 ) The new moon
( 2 ) First quarter
( 3 ) Full moon
( 4 ) And last quarter

8. THE MOON, THE MONTH AND THE MENSTRUATING WOMBMAN

The moon , the month and the menstruating Wombman have one thing in common, the number four!

( A ) Four main lunar phases
( B ) Four weeks of the month
( C ) The menstruating woman has four phases of menstruation

The moon changes every week moving from full moon, through different quarters until it completely disappears.

A woman's cycle equally moves from ovulation through different quarters until it completely sheds in a form of menstruation.

9. A YEAR AND THE NUMBER FOUR
These three
( i.e , the moon, the month and the menstruating woman ) have one thing in common with A YEAR.
A year has FOUR SEASONS

ALL THESE( i.e four seasons of the year, four main-phases of the moon , four phases of women's menstruation ) ,
HAPPEN WITH RESPECT TO TIME, which has four quarters in a year.

10. THE LAW OF CORRESPONDENCE AND THE RIGHT TIME OF DOING THINGS

The menstruating woman goes through what the earth is already going through during a rainy season.
THIS PHENOMEMON IS SUMMED UP IN THE LAW OF CORRESPONDENCE:
Which states that:
"AS ABOVE SO BELOW , AS BELOW, SO ABOVE , AS WITHIN SO WITHOUT, AS WITHOUT , SO WITHIN"
So , as the earth brings rain to the ground at a particular time, so shall the menstruating woman also shed and have a rain of blood.

As you can see, through the given example of the hermetic law of correspondence, it is important for both men and women to know the right times and seasons to do things such as sowing seeds.
A time for planting, a time for watering the plants and a time for reaping the harvest of the sowing.
When you are aligned with nature's frequency and vibration then you will manifest anything very quickly!

11. MY TESTIMONY :
The past 3 months, I manifested 10% of R15000 , after I did a scripting of a money affirmation...I got the money, THE FOLLOWING MORNING!
Someone asked for my banking details at past 9, in the morning and sent me an immediate money transfer.
Just after I did a scripting of some money affirmations the day before!

I was doing what I call, "FULL MOON GAZING"
( FULL MOON MEDITATIONS ) for 10 minutes during that month.

12. YISSA'YAH, the main character of the New Testament Bible
( A.K.A "JESUS" ), used to pray at set times and not just any time.
He prayed at midnight ; early in the mornings and some afternoons in private or isolated places.
He never prayed long prayers in public, He only prayed short prayers when he was praying in public.
His long recorded prayers were the prayer he made when He was about to ordain His 12 specific disciples ( a 12 hours prayer ) ordaining them for apostleship and when He prayed at Gethsemane before His arrest.
All his prayers in public where short prayers, which all received immediate answers, because He was rightly ALIGNED!

13. KAIROS VERSUS CHRONOS:

So, let us distinguish between, Kairos and chronos ( i.e cosmic time and earthly time ).

For that which is happening in the heavens shall inevitably happen on the earth
"...your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven"
AS ABOVE, SO BELOW.

When you are RIGHTLY ALIGNED WITH THE COSMIC AND EARTHLY TIME then results are much quicker
You can be aligned to cosmic time but not aligned to earthly time
You can also be aligned to earthly time but not cosmic time.
So it is important to be RIGHTLY aligned , that is where all your miracles come from, they come from ALIGNMENT.

So, we ought to look for the cycle of time governing within us as men and as women and that which resonates with us in the cosmos.
This is called ALIGNMENT!

14. ALIGN YOURSELF TO EARTH'S FREQUENCY AND VIBRATION :

When I do guided meditations, I am actually aligning myself, anthropologically, that is; aligning My Spirit, Soul and Body to be in agreement.
My spirit is Divine-consciousness
My soul is Self-consciousness and My Body is World-Consciousness
All these three main-consciousness in Me must agree so that when they match the earth's frequency, My manifestations don't take time but happen QUICKER!

WE ARE CONSCIOUS CREATORS

THE LAW OF CORRESPONDENCE STATES THAT:
As above , so below
As below , so above
As within, so without
As without , so within
As the Soul , so the universe

AS THE UNIVERSE, SO THE SOUL
( YOU ARE A SUMMATION OF THE UNIVERSE ).

"As the universe" = MACRO WORLD
"So the soul" = MICRO WORLD

Here's a practical example of how your sub-conscious mind functions:
Take for instance, the algorithm of facebook, it sends you suggestions based on your google interests and or search history.
It sends you ads also, based on the page visits you've made in your facebook browsing activities.
THE ALGORITHM OF THE SUB-CONSCIOUS MIND ALSO FUNCTIONS THIS WAY, IT GIVES YOU REALITIES BASED ON WHAT YOU ENTERTAIN IN YOUR MIND.

The algorithm of facebook is not the smartest thing on earth since the invention of social media technology and it makes alot of mistakes, its simply designed to pick up keywords in your statuses, comments , browsing history and your facebook search results and it thus responds to these by giving an outcome as per its program with respect to what it must do when the keywords appear. SAME WITH YOUR SUB-CONSCIOUS MIND; HOWEVER , YOUR SUB-CONSCIOUS MIND IS THE SMARTEST PART OF YOUR BRAIN, IT RESPONDS TO YOUR REGULAR THOUGHT HABITS AND GIVES OUT THE EQUIVALENT OUTCOME.

In the same way that the facebook management team sometimes adjust the facebook algorithm / source code to upgrade and advance the facebook experience, so can you adjust your sub-conscious mind and program it to give you outcomes of what you want to see and not what surprises you( even though you are responsible for the manifestations of realities in your life, whether you were deliberate about them or not ).
The practise of programming your sub-conscious mind is known as CONSCIOUS-CREATING.

BEING A CONSCIOUS CREATOR is the self-help practise of rearranging your life and seeing changes in your life as per your wish, heart's desire , goals and dreams. All your dreams can become true by you becoming ACTIONABLE AND INTENTIONAL in the process of seeing them happen, by simply starting off by programming your sub-conscious mind and assumming that what you intend to achieve , acquire or accomplish has already been fulfilled.

BEING A CONSCIOUS CREATOR REQUIRES THAT YOU START EMBRACING YOUR INNER-CHILD TO WORK WITH YOUR IMAGINATION
When you program your sub-conscious mind to attain a goal, your imagination is the most used agent to make things happen. You will be visualizing and imagining alot of the times.
CONSCIOUS CREATING is the attracting of realities through multiple techniques of applying THE LAW OF ATTRACTION and imagination plays a huge role in seeing this becoming a success.

CONSCIOUS CREATING DEPENDS ALOT ON INAGINATION MORE THAN THE TECHNIQUES USED TO ATTRACT OR MANIFEST YOUR DESIRES.
During your manifestation process:
You will apply THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION, which is to assume your wish, being already fulfilled.
Meaning, you must imagine then believe that you will have what you want and or wish to achieve then embrace the feelings that come with the goal being satisfied and then LET GO OF THE THOUGHT.

LETTING GO of the thought of what you've been manifesting allows the algorithm of the sub-conscious mind to work with the algorithm of nature( "THE UNIVERSE" ) to begin the process of attracting and bringing to you, what you're manifesting.

You have to set a tims period of doing the manifestation
The manifestation can come in the form of:
( 1 ) Scripting your goal(s)
( 2 ) Writing and saying out affirmations
( 3 ) Visualising or imagining your goal being fulfilled( each time before sleep ,especially in your sleepy state )
( 4 ) Having a pretentious/ acted-out phone call with yourself , imagining yourself talking to someone about how happy you are that you've achieved your goal.

N.B* OUR INNER-CHILD NEEDS TO BE ALIVE, HEALED AND ACTIVE FOR US TO BECOME EFFECTIVE AND SUCCESSFUL CONSCIOUS CREATORS!
its not child's play to heal the inner-child
You'll have to first go through INNER-WORK / SHADOW-WORK to heal yourself from the childhood wounds / traumas so that your sub-conscious mind can begin to embrace the imagination process and adapt the rearranging of your mind to not allow YOUR CHILDHOOD PROGRAMMING TO HINDER YOU!

Its not child's play programming your mind to UNLEARN what you've been taught by modern society.
