The first step we can do is to acknowledge the thoughts and put it in perspective.

We can also reframe our thoughts and create a different approach towards challenges.

If you're having a tough time, we also recommend talking to trusted family members or friends. Talking always helps!

We all feel doubt, but the important thing is to not let that doubt control your actions. 💪

2. Don't forget to take some stretches. If you do yoga, that's even better.⁠

3. Get a comfy chair. We cannot stress this enough. The ultimate chair makes the biggest difference between a good day and a bday day.⁠

2. Watch a movie. Take inspiration from the scenes, the emotions, the colors, the music, or anything else you can get from it!⁠

3. Just take a break. And we mean it. Don't force creativity into your brain. Let it rest awhile and it will come naturally.⁠
