Your lead magnet needs to be something powerful.
It has to be a tool that can help you prospect make progress and get to a result instantly!

There are three ways you can grow your podcast using paid ads. In this video, I'm going to explain a few.
Strategy 1: Invest in Magazine Features!
I know this might sound different but its worth it. The right magazines will help you reach more of your ideal prospects. This can also be used in other ad strategies and social media posts. Magazines grow your brand presentation and credibility.
Strategy 2: Influencers
Paying influencers isn't only for ecommerce companies. Podcast hosts can also invest in working with specific influencers in the market. Your podcast can be displayed in front of more of the people who matter.
Strategy 3: Facebook and Instagram Ads
Ads are valuable! Story ads work great specifically using stories. You can create an entire ad funnel and retarget all the video viewers.

In this episode, David had the chance to speak about sales strategies. One of the most important aspects is nurturing your prospects. Before you get on the phone, your prospects should know key things about you and your company. Nurturing before the call means:
- It's easier to generate sales in business. The basic questions are already answered.
- You can focus on closing the deal during the call because the relationship is already built.
- Your sales team saves time now that they're only connecting with prospects that are ready to buy!
Nurturing Content:
1. Testimonials - When satisfied customers and clients review your product or service they're providing you witht the most valuable resource for your business.
2. Case Studies - The best part of case studies is they can be done in multiple formats and shared across several mediums. Case studies are a great way to showcase your product/service and it's long term impact.
3. Expert Content - Video content is great because you're putting what you know out there for others to consume. Now they begin to look at you as the expert and you have yet to speak to them personally!

How many times have you heard "choose your niche"?
I'm sure a lot.
There are a few things you must do to be successful in business online. Selecting a niche is one of them but its much deeper than that.
I've created something I call Branding Layers. These are the different levels of the market you serve.
In this video I explain the four levels of choosing a niche and the ways they make creating content and products a lot easier for you.
In this video, I wanted to share my Pinned Tweet strategy. Its one of the best ways to:
- Build your Twitter audience
- Attract ideal listeners
- Make your best content accessible.
If you host a podcast, you should be on Twitter. Simple as that!
Do you like working with influencers?
Well if you don't, you should.
These accounts have a strong hold on the market you plan to pe*****te. As a podcast host, you should leverage their attention! Here's how:
1. Connect with them in the DMs. See what they want. Everyone has a price. (Negotiate rates.)
2. You want them to promote your content. Having them share an episode in their Facebook group, Instagram story, Twitter account or even a LinkedIn post would be very impactful.
3. Create the content! Don't ever let an influencer promote you in their own way. You want the creative aspect to be (1) entertaining or (2) engaging.
The goal of working with an influencer is to generate new listeners that you would not have reached on your own. Your goal should be to add at least 50 new subscribers that fit your niche.
What market are you in? If I know any influencers, I'll definitely send you some more information!
There are a two types of people in this world: those that listen to podcasts and those that don't listen to podcasts.
As a host, you'll build your show a lot faster if you can convert some of those non-listeners into your loyal subscribers.
One of the best ways to get new subscribers is Medium! Yes, I said a blogging site.
This is the thing: people on Medium read blogs. That means they consume content. Why wouldn't they also consume your podcast? 🤔
Writing a blog post for your episode is going to attract new listeners. In this video i explained the entire process!
