Chiredzi Magistrate demands a**l s*x from male subordinate.

A 30 year old former Chiredzi based magistrate Simbarashe Gundani shocked the world on Friday when he chose to disappear from Masvingo court premises at a time he was scheduled to answer charges on allegations of aggravated indecent assault as defined in section 66 (1) (a) (ii) of the criminal law (codification and reform) Act Chapter 9:23.
It is the state case that on the 21st of November 2021, at B27 Impala Road in Chiredzi, Gundani, being a male person unlawfully committed indecent assault upon a male subordinate by kissing him on the mouth and sucking his p*nis with an indecent intent knowing fully well that there was no consent at all.
It is further alleged that on the following day Gundani drove the complainant to his place of residence and along the way the accused is said to have sweet talked the complainant promising him a transfer to work under his command.
In his defense, Gundani has been denying these allegations intimating that these were malicious lies intended to topple him down from the judiciary arm.
On Friday the magistrate presiding over this matter, Christopher Maturure, issued Gundani a warrant of arrest as vested by law. Liberty Hove is the prosecutor in this case....

Shock as Riky Rick takes his own life
Award-winning hip hop artist Riky Rick has died. Details of his untimely death are still foggy but Rikhado Muziwendlovu Makhado, allegedly took his own life at his estate.

Its alleged that the muso, hung himself with a rope after suffering from severe depression. Another source close to the situation alleged that the artist was found by his management team at his house at about 8.30am today. They rushed him to a nearby hospital as he was still alive.

“Unfortunately he died when they were en route to the hospital,” said a source who did not want to be named.

Another source confirmed the death which has robbed Mzansi of another talented musician in the Ungazincishi hitmaker. “ It’s sad, I am heartbroken, South Africa is poorer without this talented muso,” said the source.

Riky Rick, 32, was the founder and owner of record label Cotton Club Records. He was well known for fashion and setting trends.

He managed to establish himself as one of the most popular figures in South Africa’s entertainment scene. He has had so much presence in different places, and he is known by several other names including Boss Zonke, Master Makhado and Minister of Energy and King Kotini.

Riky Rick has an interesting background. He was raised mainly by his maternal grandmother because he did not get the chance to grow up with his parents who divorced when he was only a baby. After that, his dad relocated to Johannesburg, and his mother, in pursuance of academia, studied in SA as well as the United Kingdom to qualify to become an advocate.

Rikhado was married to Bianca Naidoo. His untimely death comes just days after he announced a partnership deal with African Bank.

Riky Rick is the second celebrity to have died by su***de this year.

Patrick Shai was found dead in the garage of his home in January.

Accident Update: Police Name Masvingo-Topora Road Accident Victims

The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirms a fatal road traffic accident which occurred at the 43 km peg along the Masvingo-Topora Road on 1st January 2021 at about 1430 hours, in which seven (07) people died while five (05) others were injured.

Circumstances are that a motorist who was driving a Nissan Caravan vehicle travelling towards Masvingo town, with 11 passengers on board, lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road to the right side. The vehicle rammed onto a tree leading to the death of six (06) people on the spot, including the driver, with one (01) person dying upon admission at Masvingo General Hospital.

The victims were positively identified by their next of kin as:-

Blessed Paradzai, a male adult aged 22 of Muzarira Village, Masvingo.

Nomore Manyengavana, a male adult aged 21 of Chitiyani Village, Masvingo.

Wisdom Paradzai, a male juvenile aged 17 of Chikwanda Village, Masvingo.

Adwin Paradzai, a male adult aged 18 of Chikwanda Village, Masvingo.

Vitalis Chikati, a male adult aged 19 of Mumbendi Village, Masvingo.

Joseph Madyambwa, a male adult aged 18 of Madyambwa Village, Zaka.

Washington Mhikuro, a male juvenile aged 17 of Muzarira Village, Masvingo.

The bodies of the victims were ferried to Masvingo General Hospital for post-mortem while the injured were referred to the same institution for treatment.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police is currently conducting investigations into this unfortunate road accident.

Masvingo High Court Judge, Justice Wamambo escaped death by a whisker with no visible injuries when he was involved in an accident at the Edgars Intersection on 1 January night which left his Range Rover Discovery extensively damaged.
Another motorist went through a red robot thereby causing the accident.
The Edgars/ Chicken Slice robots has not been working for sometime now.
