This podcast shares the employee's side of the story... the story that was swept under the rug by management. A toxic workplace is more than just the daily grind, it’s a soul-crushing experience that will chip away at your sanity until you’re about to lose your mind. It’s an abusive relationship that’s hard to leave, and the longer you stay, the more you lose sight of who you set out to be.
