I’m so glad I can stay home masking because of the weather 🌬
Today I’m using I’m From’s Pear soothing Pads! 🍐

As you guys know I’m From is one of my favourite brands because their skincare is very natural and they embrace the natural seasons of the year. For fall they released a this product and of course I had to try it since pears are my favourite fruits! 🍂

I use these pads as a little treat for when I have especially dry skin or have irritated it by cleansing or exfoliating too much.

Whenever my skin gets flared up I just apply 3 pads, on my cheeks and forehead and wait for the ingredients to do their magic. I can’t tell you how good it is to feel the freshness of the cotton pads when your skin is on fire! 🧊

Fig scrub mask and fig cleansing balm by Wishtrend! ☁️🍂

I am absolutely in love with these products! Fig is such a beautiful fruit with amazing Propreties such as enzymes that breakdown dead skin cells.

🧖🏽‍♀️The scrub is very gentle and smells really delicious. It’s not too rough but it has some exfoliant bits on it. My skin feels super moisturised and soft after using it. It can also be used as body exfoliant!

🧴The cleansing balm is 7.8% made of fig oil water. This balm completely melts I away your makeup and works as a cleanser too! It always leaves my skin feeling extra soft and had a very floral scent.
I would say the only think I don’t like about it s the perfume like taste that can get in my mouth sometimes.

Hello everyone! I hope you are well! 💜💛 I am excited to tell you about newest product: Vitamin A-mazing Bakuchiol Night Cream.

☁️As most of you know, Vitamin A is known for being a retinol which is super powerful when it comes to helping with wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, skin elasticity & texture improvement because it boosts collagen production!
I promised myself I would start retinol when I turned 25 which was in the beginning of February so this product came right on time!

📔From what I have read, retinal is a bit stronger than retinol which delivers quicker results but can also result in skin sensitivity. I should have probably read this before starting to use it since my skin had never even used retinol before.

〰️The second and third pictures are a comparison of my skin between the beginning of the 1st week and the end of the 2nd week using it.
To be honest I haven’t noticed a massive improvement in my skin since starting to use this product. I would say that my skin has actually worsened since I started, but i heard that retinols make your skin purge before showing good results.

🌙 Apart from this, It is a really nice night cream as the consistency is rich and moisturising. It is also advised to use it only at night because retinols and UV rays are a big no no.

I will continue to use this cream for at least a month before posting an update post.

A 2021 empty of BOJ ginseng & snail serum 🐌
I used this one for a few months and have to say that this serum was very calming and repairing. Sometimes my skin would be irritated and low-key burning 🔥(for example when I waxed my face) and I would apply it and it would sooth my skin immediately.
I felt my skin more hydrated and therefore it felt more plump and smooth. 🧖🏽‍♀️

I recommend this serum to people who are trying to tackle pigmentation and wrinkles because when you are tackling these things you usually apply retinoids and AHA which strip the skin from moisture and make it more sensitive to the sun.🌞
This serum will give your skin the moisture and the ginseng will prevent damage from UV rays!

Hello friends! 👋🏼How is your winter going? I am trying to stay home and get cosy but sometimes with all the central heating my room can get very hot and my skin gets super dry and flared up! ❤️‍🔥
This is when first spray serum comes in handy to refresh and soothe my face! 🧖🏽‍♀️ Not to mention that the lovely floral scent makes me feel amazing right away!

This serum is light but hydrating and packed with avocado oil and white truffle from Italy which promotes skin renewal, has a brightening effect and protects the skin barrier! I would totally recommend this mist!

This mask made my skin immediately fresher and soothed after a good 2 hours cry 😂

I think it’s all you need to know this is the real deal! But for real, this mask has a smooth light whitish/greenish 🐢cream that contains niacinamide and centella asiatica (did you know tiger grass is another word for cica?)😮

Totally recommend ✨
The only bad thing is that it comes with a plastic cut out to separate the sheet mask which is not really environmentally friendly 😅

Hey friends! I am not diagnosed with seasonal affective disorder (SAD) but I am pretty sure I have it.

To be honest as someone with anxiety I know what it is to always unconsciously live in survival mode, but the symptoms get almost unbearable during winter time when the days get shorter 🌚🌘

During November I enter survival mode and hold on to coping mechanisms such as watching anime 🗼 as soon as I get home to help me get through it.

Because of this I have to constantly remind myself that it’s ok to just take it easy and hold on for now, even if I am not being as productive as I want to. 💌

Howdy everyone! 🌞 I have been a glossier ‘no-makeup’ makeup kinda gal since my late teenage years when I vouched to let my acne breath.

However these days the little bug of makeup has awakened in me and I have been more interested in learning how to create a fresh and natural look using more than my usual eyeshadow and red lip. ✨💄

I decided my first purchase would be a lightweight dewy foundation and concealer and after some research I came across the ordinary Serum Foundation.

I especially enjoyed the environment at the flagship DECIEM store because it was so aesthetic and clean.
The staff there were very helpful and aided me with choosing my tonality. I also got lucky with the weather at the time, a greyish sky 🌫 which set the perfect tone matching conditions, the staff informed.

Yesterday might have been my lucky 🍀 day because I also came across their 23% discount campaign and paid less than £10 for both foundation and concealer!

They are having the 23% discount during the entire month of November to counteract the usual Black Friday frenzy that makes people hoard and waste money. They advise us to shop slowly. 🐢
So if you are like me and love the natural makeup look this might be a duo worth trying! I will be making another review post once I have more experience with the products. Until then, take care! 🍃

I fell in love with .altheaglobal Herb therapy velvet mask as soon as I took it out of the pack. 🌾Actually I had already fallen in love with the soothing design but the product made me love it even more! 😶‍🌫️🤍

It is just like the name says: velvety! Super soft to the touch in a way I can only describe as touching velvet itself, and the essence is similar to a whiteish cream rather than a clear toner.🐚

I think it’s time 🕰 I share how these products have reacted with my skin!
𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘇𝘆 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 🍂

🌜The 𝗜’𝗺 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 is pretty light and has no fragrance. It is ideal for sensitive skin types. I’ve had it for about a year now (❕) and it’s almost finished. To be honest i don’t see anything about it out of this world . It feels really as if I am applying water. Some people say it is amazing but it didn’t really do much for me. However it is a simple and light toner so I am using it for the time being.

🌜The 𝗙𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 toner/serum and moisturiser/SPF have also not been something crazy good for my skin. The serum doesn’t improve my skin significantly.

The moisturiser is pretty good in the sense that it makes my skin look really moist and glowy, however, both these products are HUGE in fragrance, and that really doesn’t sit well with me, now that I am trying to change my skin care to a lighter, minimalist, fragrance free version 😅 (influenced by Hyram 🌼)

🌜I have been looking for a moisturiser that is fragrance free too. I was looking into buying pyung kang yul’s moisturiser, but I am pretty broke at the moment 💸

Soooo... I looked for affordable fragrance free skin care and 𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗶𝗻’𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 showed up. I paid £7 and am pretty happy with it. It has a watery consistency and I only need a little bit to be fully moisturised.

And that’s it folks!! 🍃
I am looking to create a whole new skin care routine when Black Friday hits! I will definitely be shooting some pretty minimalist layouts with them 🌿

I would like to know if I am the only one thinking the Rice toner and the Fenty skin serum are not all that 😱

Do you remember having extra dry legs as a kid? Or maybe your dad also had dry hands and feet? It’s all normal for darker skin! We might be hard to crack but ceramides are not on our side 😅

As a vegan 🌾it’s easier to have a list of good and thrust worthy beauty products. It saves us time when looking for what to buy. 🛒

🗒I have a list of cushion foundations that are vegan 🌿and cruelty free 🐰

〰️I really think I’m going to try using foundation in cushion format. I have seen that Koreans 🇰🇷 seem to love this format way better and I can see why:
✨It allows a smaller amount of product to be picked up resulting in a lighter/ BB cream look.
✨There is a tiny sponge that comes inside the product and we can use it to apply foundation wherever we are in a more discreet way.
✨It is travel friendly since it is not in a liquid formula.
✨If it has SPF it makes it way easier to reapply during the day.
✨It contains a mirror inside which makes it so practical.
✨It fits in the palm of your hand.
Some originally come with a refill.

So, have I convinced you to try cushion foundation yet? 😋

🌿Wishtrend green tea & enzyme powder wash ✨
☁️What I think about it:
〰️Has a lovely smell of matcha 🍵 that is not super strong.
〰️ it is a physical exfoliant and a cleanser.
〰️ Although I used it every day as a cleanser it didn’t irritate my skin, which is surprising as it has small granules that resemble the touch of fine sand.
〰️Left my skin feeling polished, smooth and fresh.
〰️ There is room for more product. It comes in a powder form and 80% of the bottle is empty. 🧐
〰️ It has an interesting and fun interactive feature. We are supposed to turn the powder in a paste using water each time we use it.
〰️Cute small bottle easy to carry around while travelling
〰️ No chance of spilling.

☑️ Overall a very good cleanser and exfoliant! 🌿
