The question is, will I play it again?
YES
Neon Abyss is a roguelike game like Enter the Gungeon or Rogue Legacy. Basically you choose your character and start shooting around you have a lot of guns to unlock and use as well as upgrades, skins and even pets that will aid on your quest to finish the Gods.
Good soundtrack coming from the band playing upstairs in the bar (place you can stop and dance to the generic electronic dance beat).
Levels are procedurally generated which add that uniqueness to the game as no level is the same (unless you enter a code that you can share btw) and the bosses on each level are just unique as the game.
The bosses are called New Gods and they are themed after modern obsessions, thing that I loved discovering while playing live on the video Linked here ( https://fb.watch/3nJ7YwdrfW/ ). They have two phases and you might find it funny as I did with names like Tik for one and Tok for the second phase of the God of Mobile Videos or Sam and Sung for the God of Screens and many other gods like God of Pills, Idols, Bittercoin, Plushies, Racing, Guns, Fast Food and Gambling. And ofcourse the final bosses on lvl 5 which are Gods for the Darknet, Machines, Electricity, Violence and Illusion.
The game is fun, I'll recommend it to play in between games or just to forget from your main game that you're playing now. As usual I would love to see a coop version of it as I tend to enjoy more gaming with friends.
