• Misuse of court proceedings to control, harass, intimidate, coerce, and exhaust the financial and emotional resources of the safe parent

• Disregards court orders, makes false reports, deliberately causes delays in court proceedings, and makes legal threats to assert power and control over the safe parent

• Seeks a change in custody only as a means of revenge, punishment, and continued control over the safe parent

At a time in my life when I was the most vulnerable, with absolutely no self-confidence, no self-esteem, and no self-worth and my children and my life had been absolutely turned upside down.

I made a decision to take over a monumental task of preparing for the divorce trial and mentally having to prepare for who I was up against.

The very thought of deposing your spouse (Oleg Roytman), an attorney at law as well as his partner (Donald Smolen) during the trial was the most traumatic experience. BUT there was no holding back…… Looking back, I asked significant questions……….

The attached Order does not seem to conform to the statutory requirements as it relates to a final appealable order in Oklahoma.

In fact it is missing a key component. See in comments the following: Oklahoma Statute 12 O.S. § 696.2 (D) and 12 O.S. § 696.3 (C)

I created ProSe Tulsa as I have been thoroughly disappointed with every part of the process of my divorce.

The attorneys I hired and the behavior of my ex (who is an attorney) and then the shenanigans with his partners.

After investing $40k with my original attorneys Barber & Bartz who recused themselves a few weeks prior to trial .. I was faced with the daunting task of not being able to afford another attorney and having to take on the case and prepare for trial on my own…..
