Ariel and I attended the same grade school, Blessed Sacrament in Queens NY. We were sitting in our classroom when the terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers occurred. Ariel and I reflected on this day, discussed our memories of being there, just kids. A very raw conversation with my old classmate we transition to Ariels career as a filmmaker and travel blogger. He travels all the hidden gems all over the world and he gives his tips on travel vlogging and sponsorships.

Chief Warrant Officer 3 Rose Franco joined the Marine Corps in 1952 during the Korean War. After completing her training, Franco was sent to Camp Pendleton, California, as an administrative supply assistant.
She finished up her contract in 1956 and moved back home to Puerto Rico, where she worked for an airline company. Franco made it nearly three months before deciding to reenlist in the Marine Corps.
Her career progressed, and she was stationed at the Pentagon in 1965 where she served as the administrative assistant to the Secretary of the Navy. The Secretary would eventually recommend her for the rank of Chief Warrant Officer, joining ten other female warrant officers in the U.S. Marine Corps the time.
Franco continued to serve until her retirement in 1977, after 25 years of service, as the Marine Corps’ first Hispanic woman to earn the rank of Chief Warrant Officer.
