How many of you have been impacted by something that happened during your childhood?
For Ramadan Abdel Rahim Mansour, he would hold on to a painful experience for the rest of his life. At 12 years old Mansour worked at a cafeteria in train station in Cairo, Egypt to support his family.

A local thug named “Al Tourbini” would savagely beat Mansour and steal money from him. One day the unexpected happened, Al Tourbini r***d Mansour and threw him off of a moving train. That experience would come to be Mansour’s method of inflicting pain on others.
