18-year-old Norwegians will now be able to take part in a scheme where the EU gives away thousands of free train tickets every year. The “DiscoverY” ticket competition is a part of the Erasmus+ program where the EU distributes 70,000 free train tickets, of which Norway will now be allocated 760 annually. The purpose is to promote cross-cultural exchange throughout Europe.
