Bantayan Hideaway

A budget-friendly public beach, where you can enjoy swimming through the waters of the sea and basking in the sun and can be a splashing and unforgettable day for you and your mates.

The long boardwalk linking the mainland to a coral islet near the coast is one of the factors that makes this beach resort exclusive and alluring. The walkway is approximately 500 meters long and is lit at nighttime, rendering it more attractive to tourists. The endpoint of this walkway connects to a sea rock cottage. “Sunday Family Day!”👨‍👩‍👧‍👦⛪

Want to explore the religious side of Cebu? Miraculous Archbishop Teofilo Camomot Shrine is the best for you!

📜Innate in the Cebuanos is the belief in miracles. It is not a surprise though because history will remind us that Cebu is the cradle of the Philippine Church and the seat of Christianity. So that, when miracles happen, it is natural for us to visit the place hoping to witness it ourselves. The fervent hope and prayer now by the Cebuanos this time is the beatification of a holy priest after documenting various testimonies by the people who had experienced the miracles in their lives. Maybe to some, building a shrine for him is their way of remembering his many good deeds during his lifetime.

“Adto ta Cebu na?
Asa dapit sa Cebu?
Cebu-hay mo yieee”

“Temple of Leah”
Dubbed as the Taj Mahal of Cebu. The Temple of Leah has been attracting foreign and local tourists for its Roman-inspired architectural shrine. Unlike India’s Taj Mahal, it is not a mausoleum but serves as home to the treasures and memorabilia of the late Leah Albino Adarna.

🎯How to get there?

🏍BY HABAL-HABAL: Ride a motorbike (max of 2 persons per bike), near or surrounding from JY Square Mall in Lahug. It would cost only ₱100 per head per way – ₱150 for 2 people. You may need to pay more and schedule ahead if you want a ride back from the city.

🚖BY TAXI/GRAB: Max of 4 persons only per car. Some drivers might be okay with it, some are not. Some might ask for more, so be understanding and negotiate well since the road is a bit steep. Estimated cost is ₱200-250 per way from the city (Ayala Center).

🚘BY CAR: This is the best option, if you want to have peace of mind and not worry about your way back home. The road is concrete and well-maintained, but a bit steep so it’s safe to bring your own car. Parking space is also available. Just navigate via Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Temple of Leah”
