Home has always been where I make it, few kids got to be the places I did, and fewer got to exist among the people I did. It's not easy or perfect but I am endlessly thankful for it all.

I know I've probably said this on the podcast somewhere in season 1. The selflessness and motivation to do good, combined with true warriors spirits in the people around me was inspiring. It would eventually lead me down a similar road. I did not need to look far to find giants and real life super heroes whose boot prints I could follow.

I was a new guy every 2 - 4 years wherever I was, never fitting in with well established local cliques. Teachers are always struggling to figure out my personality and how I learn only for me to leave and some poor new teacher has to figure this all out again, it was not ideal. On the other side of that coin, i got to live in Germany. I got to live all over Canada. I got to do a lot of things and see a lot of things. It truly gave me a broader understanding. And the travels and trials that came with service in my adult years just reaffirmed this and broadened my understanding more.

Anyway, that's my story for today lol, I guess this picture got my brain fired up today, so you all get this. 😂
